Got mine today by Fedex. The full size primer and all-over warmth (huge size) make the price worthwhile right there. Wish the pink bag was replaced by another real item, but at least it’s cute. The blush and lipstick are nice colors too.

I was really excited about the all over face color in warmth, but it is so dark! The website says it’s good for all skin tones, but there is no way I could wear that stuff. I’m still glad I got the box, but it’s a bummer that the largest item is so impossible to use.

You only need the tiniest amount of warmth to get a contour or rosy glow. There is a minute-long youtube video with Leslie Blodgett where she shows what a tiny amount you use.

I have tried warmth before. It used to come in their basic kit along with the foundation and mineral veil. It’s way too dark for me too. This is a “soft focus” version but I still think it’s going to be too dark for my fair skin.

I just wanted to say thank you to Liz for posting this! I have just received my box and it is amazing!!!!!! I have not ever tried Bare Minerals before. I am in love with all the products that I received. My favorite product is probably face primer that I received. The primary shows up as a yellow base– but it does an excellent job covering up the purple under your eyes and any redness that you have on your face elsewhere. Although this is tinted it is a primer it is not a foundation it has a yellow base. I think I have just found one of my new products that I will continue to use. Just remember that this is not a foundation it is a primer and it must have color foundation on top of it. I am so happy that I was able to grab one of these boxes before they sold out to one of the best purchases I have made on the single box deals!!!

Just got my shipping notification. I’m excited to get so many brushes! I read some reviews on other sites of the last couple mystery bags and one girl got like 8 eyeliners. I was nervous!

The last box had a bonus code and that was how she got the set of eyeliners. It was in addition to the two other sets that were the main mystery box.
I’m not sure about anyone else but this box is pretty much everything that has been in at least the past few boxes. Two of the brushes are duplicates, as for the eyeliner, lipstick and lipgloss. They have all in the last two mystery boxes. Not complaining as I love the Raise the Bar lipstick and the brushes so well worth the value but how long do products last in a warehouse?

Oh man! I am totally on eyeliner overload!!! I would rather have a lip product instead. Still a good value for the price- I love eye brushes so those alone are worth the price for me. 🙂

Wow. That would be a steal for $35!! I didn’t love the last box – way too many eye products (although it was still a decent value) but this seems more diverse. Finger crossed!!

Oh I hope you are correct! I love the dual ended brush I received with the last mystery box. So I’m all about collecting a few more of their brushes. I’m wondering if that first item is actually a face primer, not foundation. That would make more sense, and make me happy. I love their primer. All the rest of the goodies are probably useful too. With any of these boxes, if I don’t like the product, my 17 year old sister does. Go figure, an almost-30-year old professional, and a 17-year old, very hip high scholar have opposite tastes in makeup. Add in very different coloring and skin types (she’s blonde, with a warm toned oil-prone skin compared to my brunette hair, pale pink and super dry skin) and generally we are able to put every item in every box to use. It also helps me maintain my status as “the cool big sister” lol.

@Jennifer – same, I am hoping vmb64 is correct, because I am hoping for the 2 brushes. And I do think the Prime Time product is actually a primer not foundation. I am 49 and have a 19 year old daughter and we do the same thing with the boxes. Generally, whatever items I don’t like she does, so we use just about every single item from every box. It’s awesome to have someone to split it up with because no one person is going to like every item in every sub box. It makes me feel better about the cost when I know all the items are put to use.

Anyone know if there is a ‘profile’ quiz before purchase? I’d love to get this, but don’t want to end up with foundation/cover up that is WAY off from my skin tone.

In the past, when containing tone-specific products such as the foundations/concealers/anything else dependent upon knowing your shade, you’re prompted to select from the drop-down menu to ensure your matched correctly. Based upon several past experiences, those BM boxes that will not contain such products requiring shade matches will not prompt a shade choice.
Sorry I’m rambling and probably just created more confusion than abated…
Basically, if no drop down menu or prompt is presented, those types of products will not be a part of that particular surprise collection campaign. I ordered mine early this morning and no such prompts came up, so I feel confident in stating shade match products will not be a part of this particular installment. Make sense? I’m sure there are a hundred other ways to have said that in a much more clear way, but what would be the fun in that?! ?
So- ORDER ONE ASAP BEFORE THEY ARE SOLD OUT!!! Which most likely will be anytime in the next hour or maybe even less. I can 99% guarantee you’ll love your box and be happy you decided to go for it ?

The last box was perfect in my book, the Modern Fairytale Collection plus Marvellous Moxie lippie and an eyeliner. Also the POP lip trio with the code.
I see that previous boxes have been an assortment of individual items, some of them colour specific. As in, wouldn’t suit my neon white complexion.
This box has a lower value and no extra-items-with-code so I’ll pass.

Review on the site from July shows 2 eyeliners, lip gloss, primer, eye primer, concealer, a brush, mineral shadow, cream shadow, mineral veil, and a bag. 11 items for $35.

This was not a bad box to get. I just ordered the new one. But……..the last time I bought some mineral shadow it was $32, and this was from Drug Store.com (a fairly reasonable site). I would of gladly taken the mineral shadow and every thing else in the box for $35. I know personally that the rare few things I bought from Bare Mineral are not drug store cheap…..rather pricey. I guess I’ll see soon!!

The last one was a bust. I’ll agree with you on that. The one two weeks prior was great. I’ll take my chances for $35. Besides foundation I can’t remember the last time I’ve had to buy makeup because they’ve been so good.

They’re on to is! Lol All the confirmation email says is Mystery Box US130367. No list of details or products. When you Google the number it goes to their website and shows a list of Mystery Offer #1, Mystery Offer # 2, etc.
