I’m going to give it shot. I love that they offer low-carb options and they have a great selection to choose from every week.

$10 per serving? That’s pretty steep.

It is and isn’t depending on the meal from companies like this. For someone like me who does not know much about cooking having a sub like this teaches me new things and also saves me the time of looking up meals and hunting down ingredients. You cook really well, so I don’t need the value in it for someone like you who can already do all the meals super easy! I have learned so much from this type of sub (I don’t have this exact one as they don’t cover CA)! It’s spendy but ik so tired of the same few things I know how to make and I’m so pressed for time that it makes it easier for me to learn. I wouldn’t get it EVERY week though… Sometimes you gotta make that huge pot of something and just eat cheap!

I agree Subista! I can barely cook and have little desire to look up recipes, shop for ingredients, etc. I’m on my 2nd week of Home Chef and love it! We’ve found that most meals have enough leftovers for 2 decent sized lunch portions so that saves me from buying those 2 lunches from my work cafeteria. Since I’m eating out less, I may actually be saving a little money… And it’s probably healthier in many cases.
