I received my box but when I went to the website to sign in with my email it shows I don’t have an account. I don’t know how to hold or cancel my box??? I don’t want to get charged for another box. I wanted to put it on hold to see if I would be interested but I have no clue how to when it shows I don’t have an account. Anyone run into this or know what to do??? Thanks!!!

My box arrived today but is anyone else having trouble getting the steripod toothbrush protector to close. I clipped it on my toothbrush but it doesn’t close.

Mine arrived today and for a penny, I’m thrilled! However, I want to see what I can customize it with next month before deciding if I will keep the sub or cancel… I can’t justify spending 21.99 on what was in this box, so hopefully the customization will add better value.

Be patient… I kept reloading the page and it worked finally. Also try it on your cell phone, for some reason it worked faster on mine…Ps, just an FYI, I used PayPal for an account for me and I did another for my husband with a credit card number, double the goodies ?

I grabbed one because I use Lysol wipes religiously so I can’t scoff at a free container of them. I’m a little nervous as to when payments come out each month, anyone have an idea as I don’t intend to keep the sub? I couldn’t find it on the site.

They’ve got a lot of stuff on their site but I have a hard time seeing where three of those basic items would add up to be worth the $21 a month and I highly doubt they’re going to let you pick three $20+ items each month.

It looks like you can hold or push shipments, I’m going to push it to the end of March, see what next months box options look like and wait to cancel until I see if definitely it’s a good value or not.

I agree with everyone above saying with sales, 3 products for $21 isn’t that great. Free shipping is nice but I usually order cleaning supplies from Amazon Prime with free shipping anyway.

I started to order it, then rembered how I hate to remember to cancel things! 🙂 I thought I do not need a cleaning subscription. Stores run sales on this type of stuff all the time. I’m like the other person, I’m not really getting the product vs price point. Free is great, if you can remember to cancel lol

Ok, sure, but mostly because I like free things and I use Lysol wipes on the daily. Plus, with only two in my house, the toothbrush covers will be the perfect amount. I likely won’t keep the sub though, not unless they have a change in the value of products for the monthly amount.

I was trying to figure that out as well. I guess if you stick with the subscription and can customize your box you would be able to pick out higher value items. And with 7 people in my house 2 toothbrush covers arent exactly going to cover it for us but I’ll gladly take the almost free box for now
