Follow-up to my post yesterday: I received one box yesterday, and last night, I received a 2nd tracking number. So, my second box will be delivered today! As I had previously stated, I had ordered one of each box, received a tracking number for one via USPS, received the same tracking number for the second box via UPS, but only received one box yesterday. I had decided to give it a couple of days before I contacted Target, to see if the second box would in fact arrive, and it appears that it will, today 🙂 So, for those of you who found yourselves in the same/similar situation, I feel hopeful you’ll receive your second box also.

I received both boxes today, even though the tracking estimated Monday as the delivery date 🙂
One strange thing was that I didn’t receive the Clear shampoo/conditioner listed… one was a Men’s 2-in-1 anti dandruff shampoo/conditioner in the black bottle. The other was the Total Care conditioner in the pink bottle as shown.

I have no need for a dandruff shampoo, so I’ll have to add this to my shelter donations 🙂

The same thing happened to me, I got the box because I wanted to try the shampoo and conditioner. I can’t do anything with men’s 2-in-1

Evelyn

I got the men’s dandruff shampoo also, and to top it off … I was charged for both boxes TWICE! My very first box and horrible experience trying to get them to credit me even though they saw the charges. I had to call corporate. Not good at all Target!

Rebecca

Holy schnikey. They refunded me the full cost of the box. First I got a “return” e-mail from them saying that I did not need to return the item, then I got a separate e-mail saying they were refunding me the full cost plus tax ($7.59) and that my item was returned. Weird.

I promise I was really nice in my message to Target and didn’t demand anything, just asked about the product and if there was some way I could get the product I wanted instead. I expected them to tell me to take it to a store and exchange it, so I am actually very surprised by this. I kind of feel guilty.

Rebecca

I got both boxes today, too, and I got the Men’s 2-in-1 Clear product in lieu of the conditioner, too. The card said I’d get the shampoo and conditioner and made no mention of a men’s product. I e-mailed customer service in case there’s any way they’ll send me a coupon for that product or tell me I can exchange it in-store. My husband could use it, I guess, but I’d prefer to have the Clear conditioner. I love that stuff!

Let me know if they do anything for you, I may contact them too!
I just figured nothing could be done because it’s technically a “Total Care” item, and the description for the box just said Total Care. The picture showed different, but you know how technicalities work, lol.

one shipped but the other one hasnt 🙁

Strange: I ordered one of each. On Tuesday (the 5th) I got an email notification that one box has shipped USPS with a typical USPS tracking number. No problem there, it’s moving along. Then today (the 7th) I got an email notification that the other box has shipped, this time supposedly UPS – but with the same (non-UPS) tracking number as the first box! I have no idea whether they actually shipped together, whether the tracking info for the second box is wrong, or whether it is lost in the ether never to be seen again.

Amy

Well, as feared one of my boxes arrived today but the other – the one with the same tracking number but listed as “UPS” and therefore untrackable – did not. I’ve written back to Target but I’m not optimistic.

Cynthia

So, I’m in the same boat as a few others. I ordered one of each box, got a tracking number for one, got the same tracking number for the 2nd box (though it was via UPS and not USPS), and only one box arrived. I’m going to give it a couple of days to see if the other one shows up before I contact Target.

TheGreenBean

The same thing happened to me, received shipment notification 2 days apart with the same tracking number. Today I received one of the boxes, not both. I’m going to contact them.

absiev

Oh dear. Let us know what they tell you…

Rebecca

I had that happen with the men’s and women’s beauty boxes. I got one men’s and two women’s, and they all came in one shipment. However, I got one e-mail saying that the women’s boxes were shipped, along with a USPS tracking number, and then when I got the shipping confirmation on the men’s box, it was the same tracking number, but their e-mail said UPS, not USPS. I considered that it might be that UPS shipping that hands off to USPS (which FedEx does, too), but it didn’t appear that UPS ever had their hands on the box. I think the second e-mail that said UPS instead of USPS was just incorrect.

That said, I bought one of each box this time, and they are both being shipped by USPS but with separate tracking numbers. They shipped a day apart, too.

I received one of my boxes today, boy that was fast!

Everyone has different reactions to things I guess. I loved clear shampoo when I first started using it but definetly noticed I was losing more hair than normal and my scalp constantly felt dry. By chance one day I looked up to see if other people were experiencing the same issues and it’s really shocking if you look on makeup talk, amazon…how many people said the same thing!

I stopped using it and about a month later my hair is back to normal. I’d rather not chance it! Just sharing what I’ve experienced and read!

Khaleesi142

Yay! I got a shipping email for my renewal box yesterday!

My two cents on Wen…my sister gave me a bottle and it was fine. I feel like I had to use a lot because I have long, thick hair, so I didn’t stay with it. But I didn’t have any hair loss-not to be confused with my normal amount of hair shed! So, maybe I didn’t use it long enough or didn’t have an allergic reaction.

Adeline

Super bummed, bought both boxes while half asleep and got 2 boxes of renewal instead of 1 but at least I got 1 refresh box as well. Probably not worth reshaping to someone else

These look like great boxes, but I still haven’t used a thing from the December box. Had to pass, but it was hard lol!

So sad I missed this.

had two in my basket and then couldn’t check out. Phooey.

Guess both beauty boxes are gone. Cannot add to cart. They should mark sold out on their site.

CMB

Annnnnd, both are sold out! I mentioned in the other thread, I just happened to have my usual Sunday night insomnia, so was able to grab 2 boxes at about 3am central time 🙂
All of the items I wanted were spread across both boxes, so I’ll cherry pick and gift/swap the rest! I can’t complain about target boxes…. They are a great value and don’t seem to have as many hiccups ascertain other sub boxes 😉

Just a warning – do NOT use the clear shampoo line! Check out reviews on MUT, Amazon…etc! This shampoo makes your hair fall out….pretty nasty stuff!

AmyM

I’ve actually had really good luck with the Clear products. I had a bad allergic reaction to some hair color and *nothing* would stop the itching. I ended up trying some samples of Clear that I had and it drastically reduced the itching after the first use and cleared it completely in a few days.

Evelyn

Omg. Thanks for letting us know!

Rebecca

Really? I’ve never heard of that. I’ve been using Clear Shampoo for 3.5 years with no problem! I have eczema, and I had a couple of patches on my scalp (gross). No shampoo I could find helped, and then Clear appeared on the market. It worked super well! My two sons (nearly 5 and 2.5) both have eczema and sometimes get flakes on their scalps, so I started using Clear Shampoo on them. It’s worked well so far (about 6 months), and none of us have had more than normal hair loss.

That said, I was afraid to use the Wen conditioner in the last Amazon beauty box, so I gave it away to someone who loves the stuff.

Dawn S

I have never had a problem with Wen or Clear. With respects to Wen my hair dresser actually noticed I had less hair loss after dying my hair than normal by using Wen. Just food for thought.

Mel

Hi Liz,

Thank you for the post. I thought I would share a funny ~ Ok so I am a dork and was so excited this AM when I placed my order. Instead of ordering 1 of each I ordered 2 of the refresh…When I called it was too late as my order had been processed and the renewal was sold out. But I am grateful I get to at least try 1 even know I will have 2 of them :).

PS: How often does this box come out?

Cheers,
Mel

Just got an email from Popsugar about Fit box that goes on sale tomorrow!! and it has the Target logo on it!! Yay!

Laura B.

THANK YOU, LIZ!
Like most here with positive comments, I got one of each box. There are several products in each box that I’ve been wanting to try. The Nivea in- shower lotion, the Laneige BB cushion, the Simple micellar wipes ( I love micellar cleansers and have wanted cleansing wipes for ” lazy days”.)
Also, am looking forward to using the Glycolic pads, as I’ve never used Glycolic acid.

I already use Degree anti-perspirant/ Deodorant, but have never tried the spray so that is going to be really nice to try

I also love the hairband and the ponytail holder.
There is NOTHING in either box I don’t like or won’t use, which may be a first for me. 🙂

Just grabbed a refresh box at 12:55 PM MST, but the renewal box wouldn’t let me add it to the cart, so I assume it is out. I wanted that one more, but oh well.

Elizabeth

Oh boo. I was too late for the Renewal box. Good for everyone else who got it, though! Maybe it’s a sign? 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

mimi

I got one of each at about 12:30 p.m. mountain time (which would be 2:30 eastern). So maybe they’re stocking more these days?

OMG. I have been wanting to purchase these boxes and I was able to snag the Refresh and Renewal Beauty box before they sold out! Wohoo Liz , thanks for the updates.

Marci

I have been wanting to try the Simple makeup remover for a while. Also, I can use the exfoliating wipes and super moisturizing cream. The dry air is starting to mess up my skin. The Refresh box is a big win for me –and only $7. I am so happy I found MSA, Thanks Liz!

Ok, I’m not gonna lie- but I’m kind of disappointed. It’s my own fault, I got caught up in the frenzy of checking every hour for 5 straight days just waiting and hoping for these boxes to roll out- which I grabbed at 3am and promptly passed out for 3 hours til I had to get ready for work. Now I’m at work and exhausted from staying up ….and its now 1pm cst… and the boxes are STILL on sale?! The rush is gone :(, hahaha.

I got an email from target advertising the boxes. But I already purchased them a few hours ago. Gives a promo code for 10% off. “Extra10”. I wonder if they’ll apply if I call. Or pondering getting both boxes for a friend of they haven’t sold out.

Reply ButtonReply

Name *

It would not let me use the code, and the renewal box is sold out.
