I really do love my birchbox monthly subscription. I’m wondering if other people are having issues with orders from the store. I’m super frustrated with Birchbox. Two orders I placed have had issues. I received shipping confirmation for both orders. However they never left the warehouse. I followed up on both of the orders after a few days. One they were able to substitute and item and get the order out. The second order was cancelled by birchbox when I sent an iquiry. Now I’m stuck trying to find to fin a gift and paying extra shipping to get something in time. Anyone have any issues?

I’m having issues as well. I placed an order on Saturday, and received my shipping information on Sunday. Now it’s Thursday and I’ve had no activity at all on that shipment. It still just says pre-shipment info was sent to USPS. My order was also gifts for Christmas and I’m worried they won’t arrive in time.

The same thing happened to me, no movement on the tracking, and then they just showed up at my door.
