My November box is showing for reviews and I can’t figure out how to review my October box. I can’t even find it.

Wait for the “your box” dropdown menu to appear at the top of the screen. Sometimes it takes awhile to show up (and if it doesn’t show up, try a different device or browser). Then go to “all samples” and you should be able to find the products from previous months. (Of course you can only review October’s samples at this point, but this is also a good place to look and see what you’ve gotten in the past.)

Did they change the way that you can review now? I liked it more when I could answer the questions not having to actually write my own review. Sad!

Not, Josie.

I have two accounts and I have noticed this: where sometimes, it will ask for a full review and sometimes they want to know the likelihood of me purchasing a product. I always assumed it was based on how the sampled retailer wanted the question answered….

I have never been required to write a full review for points for something sampled in my monthly box. Ever. (There is nothing stopping you from just typing gibberish text in the review box, though. They don’t even put everything on their site that gets submitted. None of my Harvey Prince reviews have ever been published…I do write full text for those.)

You don’t have to write anything. Just leave that part blank and you’ll still get credit (at least, that worked for me last week). I didn’t see anything different this month.
