Just got my box today (speedy delivery) from when I ordered Thursday or Friday and I absolutely love it! I love the assortment of hair, skincare and makeup products. If they changed their pricing to $10-$15/month this would be the clear winner amongst beauty boxes for me, making their long-term subscribers happy and actually keeping all the deal searchers because the value is definitely there.
I tried to make my purchase before midnight but the promo code MYSUB5 would not work 🙁 I will try to email them so we shall see what happens….kind of bummed it didn’t work.

As soon as you get shipping info, which is soon 2-4 days, you can cancel automatically on their website.

Has anyone else had problems with them billing so quickly like Wendy? I would love to get the box for 5$ but I wouldn’t be able to continue to afford 25$ a month so I would want to cancel. Can you cancel online or do you have to call in?

I emailed them to cancel and they replied one day later with:
“We have received your request to cancel your automatic refill subscription. Your auto-refill subscription has been cancelled as of 10/29/2015.
If you decide you want to renew your automatic refill subscription, please let us know and we would be happy to reinstate your subscription.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Skin Care Consultants at 800-213-3376, Monday-Friday 5 AM to 10 PM (PT) and Saturday-Sunday 6 AM to 6 PM (PT) for additional assistance.”

Use code MYSUB5 to get it for only 5$! I used this to get the October box. After I got the shipping info from Dermstore, I emailed them to cancel so I wouldn’t get charged 25$ for the next month- I found it very easy. They’re doing this promotion now, just enter promo code MYSUB5

Don’t do it unless you want another box sent within a few days at full price. They are horrible at canceling also.
