I got my box today. I’m missing the night cream and the small bottle of conditioner.

Carla

No night cream – just the test to see if I need it and we were only getting the shampoo – no conditioner was included (not sure why it was in the picture though).

I got my box today. But the night cream isn’t in there. Anyone else have this problem?

Kim

I didn’t receive the night cream either! Did anyone?

Omg I just realized I’m hooked on Subscription boxes. Since I found Liz’s page for boxes. I have ordered over 10 boxes now and I’m in love. My skin looks better, I feel like it’s Christmas each month. I’m having a blast. Thank you Liz

Me too!!! This will be my 3rd month of subs and I’m in love. This site has me completely hooked. Liz does an incredible job with this site!!! I now subscribe to Ipsy, Birchbox, Allure, peaches and petals, BeautyDNA, Beautyfix, Glossybox, Boxycharm, Fabfitfun and grab the target/Walmart boxes when they come out. Ive also tried Julep, Candy Club and honest beauty.

Exactly the same for me! In three months I’ve suscribed to 11 boxes. I don’t even have curly hair but I got the last target
Box too…lol. I think I maybe getting a little carried away.

Liz Cadman

Yay! Isn’t getting boxes in the mail the best?! 🙂

I was on the fence but decided to pass because I’m really not a fan of foil packets and have enough mascara for now.

Maybe next one?

shelbi

Where are you seeing foil packets?

Reply ButtonReply

Katiemama6x

I believe they are referring to the Age Perfect, Revitalift , Smooth Straight shampoo/conditioner packets and the true match strips which are to find your correct foundation color. Those are the foil packets or pouches on cards that I see. Hope that helps…

Elaine

Ordered two. I usually miss out. What an awesome deal these boxes are. Some I will products I will use and some not, but I think they make great little extra to throw in with gifts to others.

I’ve never seen one still available this late in the day. Looks like a lot of people passed.

Thanks for the reminder Liz! Just ordered mine!!!

I picked it up at 4.75 before tax. Wouldn’t have paid more than that. Always handy to have an extra mascara & purse-size hairspray on hand. I personally enjoy Loreal skincare products, it was my go to before discovering niche/organic skincare lines, so the packets will be used.

Just ordered my Target BB (thanks for the email reminder)! I use the mascara & shampoo, so the $5 bucks is well worth it. Thanks, Liz & crew for an excellent website! You’re my “go to” place! Mahalo!

You can’t beat the price if the mascara is full size! Not sure if it is but looks like it is and usually they send one full size item. I bought one box for me and one for my mom. Last month I bought 4, two for me and two for mom. We both have naturally curly hair so Septembers box was heaven for us ! ? Love Target beauty boxes!!

Jen

Not the best, but I still bought it! I’m one of the few sub-getters who love shampoo & conditioner samples. Plus the mascara & mini hairspray are excellent. I don’t loathe foil packets like everyone else either lol. Definitely worth $5 for me!

Has anyone had trouble buying one? I’ve tried two different cards, and it keeps telling me it can’t process my payment.

I had the same problem when I tried to check out as a guest. I had to create an account and then it whet through just fine.

Christa

It worked with my Redcard.

Target’s Foil Packs Lovers Dream Box!
That was an easy decision for me to pass on.

Lori

Not a bad value, but nothing really interests me so I will be happy to keep my $5.

Steph

I missed the last one so I bought 2! 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Shell

I did too! I always miss them so I made up for it this time!

Loba

Thank you for sending these alerts! I would never find out about them otherwise and at the low price point it is a great way to try some products.

Got 2. This is my favorite mascara so it’s like getting it on super sale with a bunch of free samples thrown in. I already own the shampoo and conditioner along with sample sizes too from other boxes. And of course because I broke down and bought a travel hair spray last week we’re getting one of those. I’ve used this and it’s okay but my favorite is Samy “0 ” Calories Fat Hair because it holds up in the ridiculous humidity in FL.

Steph

I’m in Florida too so I just bought I can of this to try! 🙂

I love these Target boxes, thank you!!! I just got it too, always get them, even if I might not need everything. I really don’t know what people are complaining about, it’s FIVE dollars, what do you expect. The mascara alone costs more than that, geesh. And the $3 coupon included is a nice bonus.

Reply ButtonReply

Myrna

Not as good as the last one, but I like trying new things and foil packages are perfect way, in case they cause allergic reaction I can throw them away. Besides it’s just $5. Thanks for the heads up!

Reply ButtonReply

hilary

This is basically a $2 discount on my favorite mascara + bonus items. In for 2!

I’m in! (as usual) I don’t mind the idea of a single-brand box. I like how they’re changing things up month-to-month. Keeps it interesting. What I love about the Target boxes is even if there are things I won’t use, someone in my life is always thrilled to get a little unexpected treat.

Taylor

Thanks for sharing! Placed my order and am excited for the box. 🙂

This is the third no for me, I think Target has a good idea but perhaps they rushed to start it, first make it a proper subscription, this cattle call thing is plain silly, Walmart does it, so its very much possible. The variety just doesn’t appeal to me, and I bet some people would feel the same if they got past that it. Is cool to get one. I own the loreal shampoo already, and since Birchbox is doing mascaras this month I hardly need a new one, or another travel hairspray.

Reply ButtonReply

Nancy

Not as thrilled about this one as some of the others, but I’ve been meaning to try out that mascara, and will likely use everything but the hairspray. I wonder if this means they’ll do other single brand boxes? Like maybe Burt’s Bees?

Reply ButtonReply

Abby

I was going to pass, but the value is there for me.

I agree, a Burt’s Bees Box would be totally awesome!

Jennifer

I am actually really happy with this box. I have been wanting to try the Elnett Hairspray for a while and before i spend $q5 on the full size I wanted to swap for the mini but I have not been able to so now I can get it. And the Mascara I have used and is very good. Always happy to have more foil packets to add as extras.

Ramona

I bought it for the hairspray as well! At $5 its a good bargain, at least for me. I got 2 boxes, free shipping. Love it! I kind of wish they DONT do a monthly subscription service – cause I like the surprises – but NOT thrilled with the packets this month. If I didnt realize just this morning Im almost completely out of hairspray and have gotten almost NONE from the many sub boxes I belong to? I wouldnt have bought it either. Primarily bought it for the Elnet. 🙂

I almost never use the $3 off coupons cause thats when you spend $15 or more I thought? I always get told that 2 boxes is my limit sooo thats only $10+State Tax which for me was only 60 cents. 🙂
