If you aren’t familiar with Birchbox points, each month you get 10 points per sample when you review them. 10 points = $1, so if you review 5 samples each month for a year subscription, you’ll have $60 to spend in the Birchbox shop! ($5 X 12 months)

I keep getting repeats in my boxes which means no review points. This month they sent me two repeats so I only got 30 points.

They sent me two repeat products this month, too. I complained and they sent me a new box. It seems there was a warehouse error with that account. So maybe you also had a warehouse error?

The only way you are ever supposed to get repeat products is if you request them as your Sample Choice. Other than that, if you’re getting repeat products, that’s a problem. Something is probably messed up somewhere. You should contact their customer service. They have some of the best out there.

Hmmmm…one of my box listings has already switched over to my new items. Luckily I had already reviewed all but one of the items, but still I’m a tad annoyed. On the plus side, I know what I’m getting in my new box and I’m pretty pleased.

If you go to “box” at the top and choose “all samples,” you can scroll by month and find the older boxes with all the items together instead of searching the shop. (Mine had changed over, too.)

I don’t know where my mind was this month. I just checked both accounts and I hadn’t reviewed any samples on one of them! Normally I do it ASAP.
