I couldn’t resist the new eyeshadows I got the box with all 6 of them. Not a huge fan of 1 of them, but love the other 5! It was less expensive to get all 6 then to add 3 addionals to the 2 in my original box.

I really need a 12-step program for nail polish! I ended up doing the all-polish box, then added on the Amanda color plus 3 of the eyeshadows and some of the polish remover. Wouldn’t be that terrible if I didn’t already have about 300 polishes already. Hello, my name is Mimi and I’m a nail polish addict.

This is my second month of being a Maven. So I am working on figuring out the best way to buy here. I wound up swapping out all of the items for another pie wand (love, love, love that! I can actually do my own nail polish now) also a eyeshadow brush and the freedom top coat. Then I did the add-on’s for Julep jewels. I ordered the three items for the free gift, which included two $4.99 nail polishes for a total of 800 jewels and The Whole Shebang for $89.99 and 7000 jewels. I understand you get 350 jewels for taking the box and I get 7800 points for add-ons, that totals 8,150 Jewels. So correct me if I am wrong, the would get me 4 monthly subscription boxes for free (2000 points per box) worth at least $80 (figuring $20 per month) and will cost me $100. So for an extra $20 over the subscription price, I get a boat load of products I can trade on your site 🙂 Am I correct on my thinking?

Those are how many jewels it costs to buy those things…those aren’t jewels you earn.

You only get Jewels on your monthly subscription. So the Jewels you see in the add-ons is what they are worth if 1) you want to use Jewels towards the item or 2) you can save your Jewels and just pay for them. Does that make sense? In my head it does. LOL.

Couldn’t decide between the Boho Glam box and the Modern Beauty (with different colours). . . so I basically got both 🙂 I picked up the Peach Bellini blush and Plum shimmer in the MB box then added on the Boho Glam polishes (Michaela and Anya) and the Orchid shimmer so I can get a free gift (for 3 add-ons). I have no self-control.

theres some issues with your site lately, always giving error codes, its mostly in the swap area . do you know whats going on ? its happened a lot it makes me sad lol

Thanks for letting us know that your aware 🙂 , but it isnt always like it is today, but id say every time im on swaps it will give me an application error page when trying to click on something. Like i said its not very often and is usually fixed by refreshing the page. Thought youd still like to know !

Have to go madly scramble to choose now. Gardeners cut our Comcast line on Friday and I have been without internet (except for a trip to Starbucks yesterday) all weekend. Had to actually find something to do with my time and forgot about Julep until I saw this post.
