I too chose the Moroccan box, then the website changed it to Fresh, I changed the box back to Moroccan then got an email that Fresh had shipped. I emailed, and was told to print out a return label and ship Fresh back. Then I received notification that Moroccan had shipped. This all happened between 8/27 and 9/9. I’ve been charged twice for one box so far and the surprise for my wife was ruined. Very disorganized website so I’m dropping it as soon as I get the extra charge refunded.

Disappointing. I LOVE the theme! But the execution? I’m not paying $47 for a pepper mill(which I have plenty of), tea towels (ditto), and some condiments & lentils (which I could get for less than half the price and choose exactly what I want).
Sigh. I think I’ll cancel. There hasn’t been anything actually worth the money, with real, hard-to-find products, since the pasta box imo.

Liz, in your spoilers could you list separately what is in the box and what’s an add on? The Coq Au Vin is a $150 add on, so listing it as part of the box feels off.

I had subscribed last month and sent an email for them to start me with the Fresh Grill box and received a return message telling me my first box would be the Sept. box so I opted out and switched to the Aug. Fresh Grill and now got an email today opting me into the Morocco Box so I once again went to the site and changed to Fresh Grill as well as sent them an Email wanting THEM to confirm my choice. Lots of work for what seems like a simple request but we’ll see how it works going forward?

This month, they sent me an email that I was opted into the Morocco box, then I looked on the site and it said my club subscription box was ACTUALLY Healthy Eating. But the French box is the actual new one?

Mine was completely screwed up as well. I also have two accounts and can’t figure out how to cancel one. ugh. I opted for the healthy eating box because although it is beautiful, I have most of the items in this box in my pantry.

Yes – the French Box is the new one. You should be able to change the box you want to receive (or skip) from your online account. Hope that helps!

Haha I opted out of the Healthy Eating box and it sent me an email that I opted out of the French Essentials box! XD That’s a little quirky on their end, I guess.

We have a Peugeot Peppermill. It was on clearance at our favorite kitchen store and the owner was raving about it. We picked it up even though at clearance price, it was more than we usually spend. It’s AWESOME!! I’m not much of a cook and even I realize how great it is. I would get the box just for that one item
