Okay, Best.Customer.Service. Ever! I purchased a gift sub and got a coupon code for a free Library of Flowers sampler worth $38. I never received it. A few emails later, I have it and I love it. They are extremely proactive. Love the selection on their website and the point system is just an extra incentive. And I really like the monthly box.

I got the CEW boxes for 28, added a dr. jart mask that i’ve been wanting to try to reach the mystery sample pack minimum, and got this add on, all for $37, gotta love birchbox deals!

I second KC – I’ve actually been in a similar situation with birchbox before (more than once) and they have always been very flexible and willing to make it right retroactively. Their CS is second to no other sub box out there!

I just placed an order for both CEW boxes and was able to get this offer. You might want to call their customer service to see if they can add it for you. If not, maybe they can cancel your order from yesterday (if it hasn’t been processed yet) and re-order and add? They have AMAZING customer service.

It says for full size products so it may not have worked or those 2 boxes anyway.
