I ordered and got the box today. Was disappointed. Only 5 candles, one wasn’t in abox and was cracked and of the remaining 4 2 were charm candles.

I emailed them in regards to only getting 5 candles in my box as well and they said there was a glitch in their system for the mystery box. They will be mailing out the last candle soon. As the bonus item this time I received a ring instead of the chain from the one before.

The cheap chain from last time is preventing me from getting another one of these. I would have been okay if they didn’t put that there was a mystery bonus item and there really wasn’t. They have sales on these candles for 6.99 all the time

Do we know if this is the same box as last time?
Also, interesting wording “6 full sized candles from each of our collections” — I know it’s not six from EACH, but the wording suggests as much.
I suspect this is the same mystery box as last time and that bonus gift is the cheapy charm chain again.
