I wanted to get the sorial wristlet with the coupon code but my box always comes last 🙁 with my luck it will be totally sold out by then. No one has posted it yet either. I really love this box and the card case (totally needed it!) but the coupon code will not get used if they run out of the cheap wristlets 🙁

The code is MUSTHAVE25. I was about to buy it, but shipping was $12. That’s ridiculous. I don’t want it, that bad.. So, I thought I’d gift it to you. Enjoy! Xo

This was my first popsugar box. I’m glad I gifted it and didn’t subscribe. I thought this was a “fun” box looking at all the past reviews but this month is just boring 🙁

This is a disappointing box. I cancelled after last months and am not regretting it.

I had to cancel my sub this month b/c of vacationing and being low on funds, and I was so bummed and worried I’d be missing a really great box. Turns out, I’m not so disappointed after all. This is probably a really great box for someone, but not for me. Glad I saved my money 🙂

I’m not a subscriber but I follow PSMH more than any other box I don’t subscribe to and buy individual one-time gift boxes if I’m really persuaded (only happened twice), mainly because $40/mo is too expensive for me right now. Even though the boxes have been misses for me for a while now, I’d still subscribe if they have that Black Friday deal again; ~$23/mo for 6 months is an amazing value for any PSMH box, even the ones that have sucked recently.

I can’t even say how many times I’ve kicked myself for not getting that Black Friday deal! I would love to have another chance this November.

Same! Especially since I love fall and winter way more than the summery months, and prefer items that come in boxes around that time. I’ll take a hat and scarf over a sarong any day!

I’m not exactly excited about this box but it is mostly useful. I’ve never had an electric toothbrush before so that could be cool, I can always use cleansing wipes and have wanted to try this brand, I’m getting married in Oct. and the setting spray could be really cool (as long as it doesn’t cause me to breakout, some of those reviews were rough), the makeup bag is super cute, and I love nice cards and hate paying for them so that’s perfect. However, the gift card/code for Sorial is a bit of a bummer, I loved the little bag from a previous box, it was so convenient and perfect for me! And then I looked at the website and there are less than ten options and most of them are pretty expensive… hmm…

I just checked to see if Sorial has restocked, and it’s even worse now, there are only 3 items available, and two of those are not even available in the color of the main photo. Most of the available colors are super dark, with the exception of a nude backpack, which doesn’t appeal to me at all (especially at more than $100 for “vegan leather”). IMO, Sorial really goofed with this one.

I’m actually a little excited about this box. I was not a huge fan of last month’s…I really liked the spongelle but it wasn’t worth the cost of the box. I gifted the book and put the other stuff up on the swap. This one has some useful things in it for me, I feel that I won’t have anything to put up for swap. I’m actually very excited about the mist because my head gets burned where my hair parts and I will be using it for that. PopSugar, you have my heart (and my money) for at least one more month!

What’s the SWAP? Sounds like something I want to be part of! 🙂 Let me know , okay? Thanks so much! -crystal

Not a subscriber here (I gifted myself a 1-mo box to get the HB dopp bag since I loved it and needed a small new makeup bag), but I’m actually very pleased by the practicality of this box. I travel for work every few months so this is all useful. I love the red cardholder which will be perfect for business cards or in an evening bag for my ID and card. Delighted I got this!

This isn’t my favorite one this year but I am happy that they are trying to branch out and send items that we all dont have a ton of. Super stoked there is no lip balm, nail polish, or cheap necklace

They used to feature a luxe item and some nice sidekicks, but these boxes are feeling less and less “curated.” It feels less like must-have new discoveries, but rather more commercial and impersonal. I feel like PopSugar has just jumped the shark a while ago. Pulling the trigger on the cancellation button.

I cancelled my subscription too since the boxes just aren’t worth the full price for me. I actually like receiving the box but rarely use anything so it’s time to let it go.

I agree 100%!!! I pulled the plug after the CFDA box and haven’t looked back. Actually, I kind of look back each month to see what I’m missing but so far no regrets.

I was reading the Instagram comments and it looks like there are only three Hallmark cards. This is the most expensive box I subscribe to. I get better gifts and some of the 15 and $20 ones! I’m so torn I don’t know what to do!

Dear Sorial: The graphic designer who put ‘crossbody’s’ on your homepage banner needs to retake the 5th grade.
I guess I’m in the minority, but I like this box a lot. The items are useful. I need a new toothbrush, my mother just said she needed face wipes, and I’m curious to try the snack, since I don’t eat nuts. Also interested to see what the cards look like. I already knew I’d like the pouch and face spray. I don’t care about the gift card, but don’t mind it either.

Re the Sorial comment: RIGHT??
I seriously hope that they will have more than just nine items for sale very soon. Because sending a gift card/coupon is otherwise ridiculous.
I’m with you on the rest of the box. I like that it’s all useful. I definitely appreciate fun items, but I start to feel silly paying for a box when I can’t use anything in it.

I think Liz is giving us graphics to identify the items, which I appreciate, but I also think people are reacting to the listing of the items, rather than seeing them, if you click on the Instagram page, you will see the picture- it looks totally curated , you can see the forth of July colors, and that the gift card comes in a cute card holder. I know people are all different in our wants and needs, but I would much rather get a timely travel toothbrush than another nail polish or face peel. As for travel items, the Dopp bag is adorable, and as for new items, the Supergoop product is just released. I am loving this one!

I subscribed after seeing the wonderful December box. (And if you have yours and don’t want it I will buy it from you.)
I can’t believe I paid $40 for this. I would venture that most PS subscribers probably already own a Sonicare or something similar. I could have bought 3-4 brush heads for mine with this money. I do like the Bendel bag though – I’d much rather an item from a “real” brand than that ridiculous and hideous pink pineapple pouch. The retail on that was completely laughable.

Hi Sarah! I’d be happy to sell my December box. It’s completely unused (but opened to verify contents). Email is pathurmond at hotmail.

Hi Paige,
I just wanted to let you know that I sent you another couple of emails – just in case it goes to spam or something. I can’t wait to set this up!

I think the toothbrush is fab if it fits in the bag. I hate bringing my expensive brush with me on trips and I never pack the charger, so if I go away for a week, it doesn’t work at all (I just buy a little manual toothbrush). My face is too sensitive for the blueberry wipes, but they work fine for my body for those hot summer afternoons when you need to freshen up. I think the box is well curated this month-travel essentials (if the setting spray had been travel sized). The only things that doesn’t fit in my opinion are the cards (postcards would have been a better fit imo) and the sorial coupon code. You can save 40% on the sorial site with the code JULY2015. Second, they are sending a different bag brand out…so the gift code/coupon should have been for Henri Bendel.

This is the first box I’m not getting from PopSugar since November, I cancelled after June’s box. I honestly feel like I’m not missing anything. I already know this box would just be lying around in my room. Maybe next month will make me want to subscribe again.

This is my first PSMH box, and I’ll be honest, I’m pretty disappointed after the first two spoilers were interesting products. It totally IS a trip to Target vs some of the previous boxes with great value and thoughtful curation. I’m glad this was a one time gift purchase, otherwise I would be cancelling. I feel I get a lot more value from my FFF box for the same price, even with the occasional off item.

I’m willing to buy the whole box for $20+shipping (willing to consider counter offers). Please email maya.thevenot (at) gmail.com if interested.

That’s not a great offer considering most women are paying 40+ for this box. Just saying.

Haha, that’s what I thought! Maybe she meant 40 instead of 20…

This box is just OK for me. All of the items are practical and will get used (or gifted), but it also has several items we’ve received recently–how many note cards and make up/travel baggies does a girl need?!
I still havent used the notecards from the Sept or Nov 2014 boxes…Also why did they choose Hallmark?! There’s tons of other beautiful and fun stationary brands (rifle, papersource, Hello Darling), that they could have been picked over Hallmark.

If you click on the link and look at the new hallmark stuff that we are getting it is very different than the usual hallmark! Much more Papaya-ish
