I am having the same issue with my account. When I try the link, it says email not found. I was told to create a new account with my credit card so it can be billed. I already paid for the year, so that doesn’t help! No responses back yet from Boxycharm about what to do if your already paid for the whole year.

I’m completely frustrated with this subscription. I’m a relatively new subscriber (3 boxes). I have received damaged items in 2 boxes and very late shipping. I think they punish those with damaged goods by sending out the next box extra late. I’m still waiting on shipping when I was charged June 4th. Not sure what to think about this.

The shipping is ALWAYS late for me, i’ve gotten for atleast 6-7 months now & I can count on it taking almost 2 weeks from the date they notify me of shipment. =/ longest wait ever! But I am in California, and they ship from Florida, probably the cheapest way possible, so I’ve kind of gotten used to it. and I have had 2 damaged products, one they replaced & the other they gave me 3000 points, so I’m ok with it.

People are posting their received boxes on instagram – looks like some people are getting a “bonus” 6th item (one extra of the 3 listed above). Other items are NCLA nail color “nudes” and Lightning Crew highlighter – looks like everyone gets those 2 items and the kabuki brush.

I have also received the email stating that they had difficulty with my cc and it had failed to go through for June. That is interesting since they charged my card on June 6th! I have emailed them and have not heard anything back. I am not submitting any new cc info because they charged my card in May and I received the May box with no problem. I have quite a few points also and do not wish to cancel my sub with them. I have been a member since last August, however, if they don’t get this straight really soon, I will have to cancel and stick with Glossybox. They don’t seem to be having any of these issues.

I just clicked on lost password. They sent me a new one and my account is ok.

Anna,when you say you clicked on lost password, are you referring to the “forgot your password?” link, or something different? I have clicked on “forgot your password”, which then prompts me to give them my email, and when I do, it tells me “email address not found”. If there is a different place I can try, please let me know how.

Has anyone been able to get in under their old account? I had the same experience as others, followed the instructions in their email up to the point of asking for a reset of my password by giving them my email, and got the message that there is no record of the email. I was billed for the June box, and of course got the email from them, so I’m hoping I don’t have to set up a new account. Their email also said that they have not been responding to questions much lately, so I figured it was pointless to send a question. I would love to hear anything new about this.

Or all three? I’m confused by this… Boxycharm doesn’t usually have a huge discrepancy between what people get (unlike ipsy, for example) so I’m wondering what the other 2 potential items people could get are, if they only got one of these…. odd. Although with all of the shenanigans with their billing and new website, it’s anybody’s guess if I’ll even get the box this month. 😛

I can’t get a response from them either. Keep getting emails my cc declined, which it works everywhere else and other subs have charged it. I sent messages on fb also and no response. I’m getting irritated with them at this point and may just let sub go.

Me too! I have gotten at least 5 of this emails. I have changed the card info and just keep getting them…I have also sent at least 2 messages this past week, no response whatsoever. I find it really odd…

Boxycharm just sent out an email update about the technical issues they are experiencing. For issues logging into your account :
I have been trying to log on for days and it won’t let, I can’t reset my password or anything. I hope the box is still available keep whenever they get it all straightened out!

Tried posting this earlier but for some reason my original post in not showing up. Anyway, boxycharm just sent out an email regarding the technical issues they are experiencing with the new website. They suggest resetting your password if you are experiencing problems logging on. Check your inbox for the email since the email includes a link to reset your password and also for additional info on how to resolve several other problems…

Try following Liz’s link and making a new account. I think they are having issues with old site if you had a previous account. I was able to sign up with a new account. Good luck! This box looks great!

I would, but I have 2000 point saved up… I guess I could set one up for just this box and then cancel if they get my old one up and running.
