So I have now experienced the awesome BB customer service people speak of on here….

I ordered this box but BB accidentally sent me the brights box instead. (I am definitely not a brights girl!) They told me to keep the brights box and they are sending me the correct box. 🙂

I just received this box and if my estimate is correct, it had a value of about $50! Kerastase was 50ml size and had the highest value. I will be able to use everything. This is actually my first box and I am not sure if I will continue… since I am not an ACE and depends on if I get to pick my choice.

The Kerastase oil is AMAZING. It can be used before shampooing or as a finisher. It does wonders for my hair!

I’ve gotten 4 of these samples in the past:

Laura Geller Beauty Baked Color True Blush: It was nicely pigmented, but I usually use matte cream blushes, so this wasn’t really for me.

LA FRESH Waterproof Makeup Remover: Decent makeup remover wipe.

Marcelle BB Cream Golden Glow: Decent coverage, didn’t break me out, but I also didn’t see any difference in my complexion after using, and I also didn’t love the shimmer.

Vasanti Cosmetics BrightenUp! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator: LOVED this. It’s a microbead exfoliator, and every night I used this, I would have noticeably brighter and more even skin in the morning.

Overall, I think that, 3 out of the 4 I tried were pretty decent, and 1 was amazing. The Deepa Gurnani Embellished Hair Tie is SO cute too, I would definitely subscribe for this box if I didn’t already have two subscriptions.

Somehow I received 2 glossy boxes a day apart . How do I find out if I ordered 2 ? Double subscription lol. I looked on the glossy box.com website and I couldn’t tell. Thanks

I would check your bank account and see if you were charged twice. If not, then sounds like you got some free stuff! But if you were charged twice I would contact their customer service about it (or honestly you could contact them just to let them know about the situation in general).

Glossy does that randomly. It’s best to follow Haley’s suggestions because you never know.

I just ordered my 2nd sub(will cancel it after this box though)!! I need that Laura Gellar blush and that cute hair tye!! Woo hoo!

I just started a 2nd sub this month for the beauty blender, which I have yet to receive. I tried to upgrade that subscription too and it charged me for it, but also didn’t get the items. So they refunded me the $20 and said it would start next month. My resistance is wavering on starting a 3rd sub, I just want the Laura Geller and the hair tie lol.

I love the Vasanti exfoliator so much, it’s one of the few full size items I’ve purchased after sampling in a birchbox.

Meanwhile, I will never have to purchase it because I keep getting samples (through boxes, mystery sample packs, etc.). (I like it a lot, though.)
