If they are repeats from other boxes than no sense to order for me..I’ve subscribed for most of the last year…anything I don’t care for (and even some that I really love) my daughter gets…I often get complements..and although, it’s just dimestore jewelry I don’t think the ten bucks an item is that out of line from what I could pick up at Target and the like…

Has anyone had any luck getting a response from Bijoux Box about a damaged item? One of the items I received in my April box was broken and I have now emailed them 3 times about it in the last week or two without any response. I am really starting to regret prepaying for a 3 month sub with them and want to cancel if this is the level of customer service they provide!

I got my box today and luckily there were not any repeats for me. I was happy with all of the items. I wish there had been 5 items for $25 like black Friday, but I still feel like the 4 for $30 was an okay deal 🙂

As much as I am always tempted by these, since I discovered AliExpress, I can’t pay this much for jewelry any longer. I have something like 14 items coming and I spent under $40. Yeah, I have to wait a month or two for them to show up, and there’s probably not much recourse if something is broken. But surely I will get at least 5 or 6 good things out of the purchase.

Have you ordered stuff from them before? I’ve read so many bad reviews– no recourse if stuff is broken, wrong colour , wrong size etc Or you ordered a necklace and get a bracelet. And I know everything is made in China anyway but I feel there are at least importation rules….or maybe I am just been crazy

No, this is my first time ordering from there. I chose sellers with high feedback percentages (and a lot of feedback, not just 10 ratings or something). I do fully expect some of the things to be no good. But most of them didn’t cost more than $2, so if even a couple of them are decent, I’ll feel like I got my money’s worth.
I actually do have tracking on all my packages, which I figure is a positive sign.
I think the stuff I’m ordering is so cheap, and it’s for personal use, that I don’t think customs issues apply. I know I’ve gotten a lot of stuff to review on Amazon that’s straight from China and it arrives without a hassle.
I would probably not buy shoes or clothing there. Most jewelry will work for me. I don’t care about silver vs. gold finish and I’m perfectly happy gluing stones back in if they fall out. Plus I have tiny wrists so even small bracelets will fit.
