Reminder – Allure Beauty Box On Sale Tomorrow at Noon EST!

Well, that was much easier than in the past. I hit the BUY NOW button as soon as it appeared and went straight into checkout. It took less than a minute to buy the box.

I know it is largely drugstore brands, but I can use a majority of them and swap what I don’t.

OMG the site DIDN’T crash! It worked perfectly, I was able to quickly put in my information and get a box!

That’s the easiest that I’ve ever gotten one! Each page loaded quickly and I checked out in less than a minute! They must have gotten the bugs worked out.

GONE ! less than 5 seconds

One thing I really wish, is that this box came as a box that you could *USE*. Because the only think I hate about this box, is like you have this box full of crap and then nowhere to put it all. If they made the box functional to use/display, so I could have a home for my brand new box o’ crap, that would be delightful! Just a thought..

There’s 45 minutes left until the sale and I’m still wavering! I got my first box a little less than a year and a half ago, and I have noticed a decline in the brands. It’s still a great value, but I “extreme” coupon so it’s hard for me to justify buying a bunch of drugstore brands that I could easily get at a great value already. Ahh!

I was really excited & was looking forward to this box. But, like many others have stated, I don’t consider Suave Haircare products to be on the same level as Allure magazine. I’ve seen these advertised years past & wanted to order, but now that I have the finances to do so, I feel the quality of products have really gone downhill. The shipping cost is another downer. These companies ship their products to stores, they should include the shipping cost or better yet make it free. These companies can afford it.

And one more thing to add to the comment I just posted (sorry!), home shelters and the like will usually take those dreaded foil samples of shampoo//conditioner as well. Not that that’s a problem with this box!

Just an idea for those people who are wondering what to do with things like hair products and such that they won’t use and are too heavy to justify shipping in a swap–I save up a few months of these items and then donate them at my local food pantry/woman’s shelter/Dress For Success/etc. they are always really grateful to get them to hand out.

Places like homeless shelters and women’s shelters will take items even as small as a tiny bottle of hotel shampoo, even if you’ve opened it to smell!! These make a big difference for people so you might want to consider making an”Donation” box to start collecting!

I have bought several Allure Beauty boxes in the span of about 2 years. They have started out great with such a terrific value. I remember one of Youtube gurus did unboxing and I felt like it was Christmas. With each subsequent box, I noticed the value had been going downhill. The money value is there, but the quality of the products they put in boxes has disappeared. For some reason, I do not associate Allure with Suave products. Not buying this box judging from the lineup.

I’m going to try for this as well. Someone in the family should be able to use most of the items in this box.

The problem is, if I’m able to get the box, what do I do with the products I don’t want (the self tanners and hair sprays). They’re too cheap to justify the expense of mailing them in a swap and it seems like such a pity to throw them away. I may be able to give the hair products away but I don’t know anyone around here who uses self tanners. Still, chances of my getting this are low, I’m usually asleep at that hour 🙁

I hope I get this box it’s a nice mixture to make both my 14yo happy and me happy.

I think I’ll pass as well. I only use certain shampoos and there’s two tanning products included and I have a medium brown complexion lol. So that combined with the shipping cost makes this one a pass for me.

Has anyone that pre-ordered gotten there’s?? Mine seems to be stuck at the first step of just getting it out the door.

I’m so glad they list all the items in the box instead of calling it a mystery box. That way, I was able to read everything and determine I don’t want it. The value is there for sure, but I don’t want a bunch of deodorants, toothpastes and shampoos, no matter how low the cost.

How fast do these normally sell out? I plan on trying at noon.
