When the GE box was available, I kept watching it for some type of spoilers. They eventually had full spoilers (before the box sold out). I’m hoping the same will happen with the monthly discovery box.

As much as I like Ben Greenfield, there are now three curators in absolutely the same “Cross Fit / Biohacking” vein (the others being Tim Ferriss and Dave Asprey).
Quarterly is getting a bit boring.
