  2. I cancelled my subscription shortly after receiving the winter box; I received an online confirmation but never got an email. Now apparently, it’s showing me as active and they have charged me for the Spring box!! Their mobile website is impossible to use! I sent them an email about all of this, but their phone number does not work at all! Frustrating!!

    • Update: They quickly cancelled my membership and refunded me. I am impressed by their quick customer service.

      • It’s not just their mobile site that’s hard to use.

  3. I was charged one on 2/12 when I signed up (39.99 – had a $10 coupon) and then again yesterday (49.99). I called an left a message, but I can’t seem to find their email. Did anyone else get double-billed? Does anyone have an email address for them?

    • Yes, I got double billed too! The email for billing is vip at fabfitfun dot com. I just emailed them. Hope they respond quickly.

      • Thanks. I’ve tried calling but only get voicemail. I sent a second email today, but I still haven’t heard anything yet! That’s too bad because I really like FFF boxes. I hope they fix it soon otherwise I’ll have to cancel.

  4. Today I received my THIRD winter 2014 box even though I just have the annual subscription and should have only gotten one. Hopefully customer service gets back to me about this issue. Has this happened to anyone else?

    • This happened to me as well, only I ordered one box and got two. They REFUSED to send me a prepaid return label. I went back and forth with them on this, because they wanted me to simply write “refused, return to sender” on the box and I was concerned without tracking, it would be my word against theirs that they received it.

      I ended up caving in, and a month later, still no refund. I was fed up at this point. I cancelled my sub, and emailed them that I did exactly as they asked, and returned it per their instructions. They finally gave me a refund, but only after hounding them.

      Now I see I’ve just been charged for the next box. Here we go again… 🙁

      • Wow! I was really on the fence of I should start up my membership again after this box. However, it seems like they have some work to do on getting billing and shipping straight. There boxes are good but I don’t think I would feel comfortable again subscribing. Just hoping mine is really canceled this time and I get my refund as promised on this one!

      • I was charged for for the spring box, which I wanted-then today I get an email from them with a 10 off coupon if I resubscribe. I’m now not showing as having an active subscription. I’ve emailed them and have yet to hear back from them. Frustrating.

  5. I canceled my subscription after the brush spoiler thinking I really didn’t need these items so I should save my money. I even took a survey on why I was canceling. However, today I was charged $49.99 and sent an email from them my box would soon be on its way! Has anyone else has problems with this? I was on the fence about canceling because I really enjoyed the last box. Debating if I should take this as a sign that I need this box!

    • The same thing happened to me! I emailed them but haven’t heard back!!! Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do???

    • I called them and they are supposed to be refunding my money.

      • I decided to send an email and did get a response pretty quickly that that were canceling my subscription and would be refunding my money. Glad for the quick response but a little disappointed with the generic email with no apology. Luckily I have enough in the bank were this didn’t cause me any issues but there are plenty of times in my life that it would have!

      • I saw your comment and checked my email I got charged for my 2 subscriptions I had canceled before March. I am not happy about this. Did you call or email them to get a refund?

    • The same thing happened to me! I cancelled and they still charged me 🙁

  6. I hope there will be a third spoiler soon. I want this box, yet I don’t need another scarf or makeup brushes…..yet I still want this box. – Trying to talk myself out of – LOL

    • Lily, I am with you 100%. Don’t need the scarf or brushes since I have a lot of each, but it’s a great coupon and I’m interested. If only there was a third spoiler…. Perhaps the fitness item

      • exactly, or something different, scarf would have been a great idea 6 months ago. I’m more into scarfs in fall and winter, with limited interest in seeing a scarf in the spring or summer, no matter how springy or summery they may look.

      • Update: I signed up for FFF last night as a direct result of the GT fiasco and not being able to spend my money there.

        Hoping for the watercolor scarf but it doesn’t really matter

  7. FYI- I got an email today that let me pick the scarf I wanted in my FFF box. It was either the watercolor or modern art print.

    • Are you a Select member? I didn’t get an email like that and I’m wondering if that is the customization they allow Select members.

      • Yes, only select members get the option to customize. 🙁

      • Also if you are on a gift subscription you will not be able to personalize the box. I just got off the phone with FFF customer service and realized that’s why I couldn’t pick my scarf.
