  1. I subscribed yesterday because it looked fun.. until I saw this. Cancelled! If you’re going to give spoilers, make it awesome! Seriously.. some chicken spice and candy? For $45? I’m out.

  2. I’ve tried a few food boxes, and it is not exciting at all to receive cheap candy… whether it’s old fashioned or not. My local Cracker Barrel has these for pocket change.

    Seasoning? Not exciting. Mantry charges so much that even with a $30 discount the price is still ridiculous for what you get.

    • I have to agree. I tried to give this a shot, they are good to show such a cute crate (which is actually not, poorly made, size of a shoe box). Their pricing feels way to high, I can purchase the same (or nicer) at Trader Joe’s for less!

      • I’ve always been so uncomfortable with Mantry’s price, even though I LOVE their curation. The value doesn’t ever really seem to meet the box price (less the cost of the crates, which I could do without easily.) Coupons help, but it’s tough to commit to this box.
