Cindy – I received the past 3 Yuzen boxes and been with Kloverbox since the second box. I like both boxes for different reasons. I think it depends on a few things. Do you want lifestyle items in addition to skincare/makeup/bath items? How important is the box presentation to you? Do you want something monthly or quarterly?

Yuzen: The box has a nice mixture of skincare and bath items along with a small food item. It is fun to unwrap and the paper is pretty. It’s arrives quarterly, sometimes offers the previous season box on sale, and customer service is responsive. I found a few products that I greatly enjoyed (Cow Girl Serum is one) and fun items like shower bombs 🙂

Kloverbox: The box has a great mix of beauty and lifestyle items. Occasionally, there is a food item in the box. I don’t know how the owner does it, but she selects lifestyle items that I find myself using often. I use the lunch bag to hold snacks for my younger son when we will be in the car for a long time. The laundry detergent came in handy when I ran out of my regular detergent when my other son had the flu. I brought the room spray with me while traveling on business and used it to remove that strange smell hotel rooms can have. The hand sanitizer is used after pumping gas, everyone loved the candle etc. I also enjoyed the beauty products which I have been able to use despite my rosacea 🙂 Some of them have been amazing finds such as the Grace Body Food which I use everyday. The owner is wonderful and responsive. I like how it is packaged because IMO it fits the theme.

Ultimately, I wouldn’t want to give either one up. If I had to pick, I would pick Kloverbox over Yuzen because Kloverbox’s lifestyle items fit well with my family life, and I’ve been able to use all the beauty/skincare products. This is something my sister and I have discussed before. She leans more towards Yuzen because of the packaging, pricing, and the products offered.

Yuzen has wonderful products and opening the box is part of the fun. I still have my last yuzen box and the pretty paper in the box. Yuzen is quarterly which helps with budgeting. Kloverbox has been my favorite box. It is monthly and sometimes hard to budget for because I get a lot of boxes. Kloverbox has a nice mix of items, the last box included organic laundry detergent and the box before I think had the lunch bag. If you have not tried 1 yuzen box I would try it, and see how you like it. Kloverbox is monthly and is wonderful value. Out of all the natural boxes kloverbox is my favorite. My other two favorites are Petit Vour $15 monthly, always well curated, and goodebox. Goodbox has a long survey to be filled out prior to subbing, which is wonderful, because I’ve found my last two boxes they have done a great job with skin tone specific items.
