The Golden Tote Mystery Tote is $60 for 4 items, and today, January 6th, at noon the size Medium tote goes on sale. (other sizes launch everyday for the rest of the week).
FYI – the Mystery Tote will include all items from 2014 current stock with the exception of a new Puella item. (Check out my review of last year’s mystery tote to see what you can expect!)

I want to order a mystery tote but am unsure about sizing. I ordered my first tote last month and set my profile to a size small. I received my chosen item in a small but my surprise items (both tops) were a size medium. Everything fit me. I think I could go either way on tops but am worried if I get a dress that I will pick the wrong size. Should I go by the size chart on Golden Tote? Has anyone else had this problem or have any sizing suggestions?

I’m thinking about getting one tomorrow. I looked at their size chart and I would be a medium except for the bust measurement. So I’m going for the large. Anyone in this boat? I’ve never ordered from GT before but I usually like what Liz posts that she gets.

well, wasnt going to purchase but decided, why not. 4 pieces for $60, hoping I like at least a couple of them and hoping I got the right size as I have only purchased from them once before.

I just ordered a medium. It’s almost 1:00, and I didn’t see options for accessories or jewelry. This will be my first order from GT, and I’m hoping I like enough to at least make it worth the $60. I usually like about half of what they show, but who knows– I might find I like something I wouldn’t normally even try on.
I loved the maxi Liz got in last year’s mystery tote, so I hope I have similar good luck!

I decided to get one! I’ve only received two totes (Oct&Nov) before so I doubt I’ll get much in the dupes department which is good. I was tempted to order two mystery totes but I need to cut back on my spending. I had cash on my paypal account so I only had to spend a bit out of pocket! That was the deciding factor for me 🙂 Now I just hope I get fabulous items! I’m chesty so I’m between sizes, they said they don’t refer to our profile for mystery totes so I’m hoping everything fits…. But I guess I can always swap what doesn’t. Hope everyone who wanted a tote got one!

FYI they said the totes aren’t shipping till January 15th at the soonest because the Puella surprise item isn’t read yet.

Wait – when did the accessories tote come back on? Its still showing as sold out. Did it come back today and sell out? At least I got a Medium Mystery Tote – yay! First time getting a Golden Tote!

I believe they said they only releasing about 60 accessories totes per day due to the limited number they have. They are going to go very quick 🙁

It was up right at noon. In fact, I think it went live first and then I saw the medium tote pop up at like a couple minutes past 12. It sounds like it sold out within 10-15 minutes. My understanding is they will have a few more available with the launch of the Large totes tomorrow. Also, thought I’ve seen mixed responses on their Facebook, I think if you do snag an Accessory tote tomorrow you can email customer service and explicitly ask that they combine your Mystery Tote and Accessory tote into the same shipment. It will delay shipment until the Mystery tote is ready to ship but I think you get the shipping fee savings that way. However, you have to contact customer service, they said it won’t be enough to make the request in the “comments” section of the order. Good luck!

Golden tote is not the typical monthly subscription box. You actually need to buy the tote each month. So yes you can buy the mystery tote.
