I caved… Not worth paying full price to me but couldn’t resist half off. I can always gift the rest. Just bought it so code still works and I did as a gift, not ready to commit again after shipping trouble the last couple months

so I know I can put in gift subscription but as it is saying this code is valid for monthly sub……….so does that mean I will still get charged monthly at regular price

Ahhhh, I gave in and ordered, but now I realize the code was only valid for 24 hours (it took the code and received confirmation email)… Now I am wondering if I get the January box. Such a good deal with the discount and I will use everything except the tattoo which I can give to my sis-in-law. I am not a current subscriber and ordered as “gift”. Does it mean that I am automatically singed up for upcoming month? Liz or can anyone help? Thanks!

Ive never ordered from PopSugar before but – I purchase this last night and as of now I still haven’t received any type of email or receipt or anything stating that I purchased this. I can log into the website and see the order there – but i find it odd that the haven’t sent any type of email confirmation. Is this normal for PopSugar?

I have the same thing going on. The box is listed under my orders, but not under my subscriptions. My card has the charge pending, but I haven’t received a confirmation email. I took screenshots of my credit card pending charge and of the order page in case I need to argue with Popsugar later. So far I’ve only had great customer service from PSMH, but so many people have had bad experiences that I’m afraid it’s just a matter of time….

I emailed PS on Friday. I didn’t get a direct response, but today (4 days after placing my order!) I did get the order confirmation. I don’t know if it would have come through any way, or was a result of CS doing something. The order is dated at the 19th (today), which makes me think it was the later.

Do you see the January box under the “subscriptions” tab? If you only see it under the “orders” tab and not “subscriptions,” I would shoot them an email. The one time I didn’t receive a confirmation email, I also didn’t see it under “subscriptions,” and when I contacted them they said they didn’t have any record of my order (even though it clearly showed up under “orders” when I logged in).

Yeah, I bought a three month sub starting in November at about $33 per box, and now each box has had a much better discount code. It makes me really annoyed that I could have saved quite a bit by just seeing entire spoilers and buying the boxes for $20. Now that I’ve received my last box (this one) I won’t be biting again until the big code comes out later in the month. I Get the concept that people who wait might not get one if it’s sold out, but I don’t like feeling like a sucker either, so I’ll take the risk!

Hmmm, I ordered a second one as a gift on my current account that I have a six month sub on. It took the code, and the charge is pending on my credit card, but I wonder if it will actually go through. The fine print says “monthly subscriptions”. I just shot them an email to inquire. I hope the order goes through.

My regular order (additional on a current 6 month sub) went through, my gift order on my second account did not go thru. The way to tell is on the subscription page, the status should be something else other than “cancelled”. I did not get a confirmation email on that account either. Tried to use the code again and did not work at 7 am central.

I was about to pull the trigger on this one, but when I went to complete my order I was logged out of the site, and now the coupon code appears to be invalid. Maybe I’ll try once more in the morning, but this could be a sign that I don’t need this stuff!
