I love their selections this month. I am frustrated however that not all the outfits show up when I log in. I accidentally selected to view a certain collection and popped up a new page with different outfits. Of course there was one I wanted and it’s already sold out. Life’s not fair, but after buying month after month, I had no idea not all outfits were on the same page. That didn’t make me happy.

I’m a new subscriber and was so excited to see what would be new for January. Since I was awake for New Year’s Eve anyway I decided to check the site at midnight. Some items were already sold out in my size. So disappointing! I REALLY wanted those purple iris/black capris in Sydney. Does anyone know when each month’s new outfits go live on the website? It’s obviously before midnight Pacific. Is it midnight Eastern? Still kicking myself for not checking sooner but honestly what kind of company sells out of a featured item of the month in just a couple of hours?

How are your experiences with customer service/cancelling the service? I love the idea of this sub, but I’ve read such horror stories online warning to not get involved. I’ve also read sizing is all over the board.

I’ve called up to cancel and was offered enough points to get another free outfit so of course I accepted. It’s like they are reading off of a script and they are required to ask you a certain number of times and in different ways. But if u really want to quit just keep saying that and it’s no big deal. I’ve called a few times about different things, not just cancelling, and I always talk to someone overseas and they are very nice and helpful.

My husb5amd gifted me an outfit and i cancelled his account (i still have my own). It was the usual please don’t quit script, offer up points, etc, can we keep you on for emails or something. Like cancelling anything, be firm. Cancelled 2 billing cycles ago and no mystery charges so i guess it went through ok.

I’m getting frustrated with Fabletics. Every outfit is always out of stock in my size. They never seem to have the leggings I want in stock in an XL, let alone the XL Tall. They keep trying to bump me up to a XXL which I’ve tried, but are too large.
Urgh.

I wish they would feature more outfits with the boot cut/yoga pants style of pants. I’ve been skipping most months because I have too many capris and regular leggings-type pants but would love more yoga style pants. When they have used them in an outfit, it’s always paired with a top I really don’t want 🙁 I like the sweatpants-like knee length pants, so this month ordered an outfit with a pair of those, but after this, I’m back to skipping until they get some more yoga pants styles!

Every month I tell myself that I’m going to skip next month and then I find myself buying more and more outfits. I think that this would have been the month if they hadn’t come out with the high support bra. I could spend $30-$50 for a bra in a store or get a whole outfit for $80. Who could resist? Looks like I’ll also need to upgrade to a bigger dresser….

This is THE hardest month ever for a Fabletics decision. I love the zebra print leggings, capris and shorts (but I try to avoid shorts that short). I also like the leopard ombré tank (maybe I’ll add this on to my order, it’s only $20). I’m having the toughest time deciding bc I’m not crazy about any of the tops that come with the bottoms that I like. I also like the long sleeve tee with camo print on the back, I already have the camo capris that are featured with the shirt so that would be $30 by itself. Really having a tough time here but I’m leaning towards either the zebra leggings / jacket outfit or the zebra capris w/ puffer vest outfit. And hopefully adding on one of the two tops I like. Like the previous commenter, I also skipped the last two months due to the outfits being too plain.

I really love the outfits this month. I’ve skipped the past two months because they seemed too plain, but I bought two today! I have my eye on a couple of pieces I hope will be there next month, too.
