  1. I received both of the bags I ordered today. The bag was kind of underwhelming to me. Not really products that will work well for me or work better than the brands I am already using. Everything was packaged really cute in the bag though, so I just wrapped everything back up and will be gifting both bags. My younger sisters who are just getting into wearing make up will love them 🙂

  2. Can we swap any of this on the swap site or no because it’s not from a sub box? Just curious.

  3. Mine arrived today! I am mildly underwhelmed… but only mildly. For only $25 it’s a good deal. The 10 items are:
    – A brow gel and a mascara (2 separate items, packaged in little holder together)
    – 3 mini lip glosses, packaged in a little holder together
    – A highlight powder
    – A liquid blush
    – An eyeshadow (brown) (not a shadowstick like we see in many boxes– this has like a sponge applicator and you click the product up…)
    – An eyeliner with black on one end and plum on the other
    – A sharpener

    I got two – one to gift. One bag is pink and one is white… the makeups are the same exact colors.

    My only ‘complaint’ is that I opened one bag first, and everything was packaged neatly and the bag is pristine and looks cute, and I opened a few of the products to try them. Then I opened the other bag, the one I want to gift, and the bag is all mashed up in a corner (I think b/c it shipped in an envelope, not a box) and the items are a bit crumpled. I can’t really complain because everything is in working order– it just looks bad. I feel like I can’t gift the bag looking like that… but I already tried the products in the other… I know, I know – first world problems.

    • I think I get mine tomorrow or Friday. I think I will be happy with it if it is the same as yours. I don’t really care what color of bag I get.

    • I have an idea what you might could do. If it’s the bag that’s crumpled because of the shipping method. You could take your bag (pristine) and just put her samples in it. Maybe add a little of that super obnoxious confetti they use to package Lol it’s cute, but it gets everywhere if you accidentally tip it over. Because I’m super cheap, I’ve actually been saving it because I have probably 10 colors built up now for Christmas box packing. For the holidays, they charge like 3 dollars for a bag. No thank you! I will just continue hoarding ;D But anyway, wrapping it up in cute color tissue paper would work too. Kind of a gift within a gift. So it adds a little special touch of personal, AND she gets the non-smooshed bag! Hope this helps 🙂 Glad you received yours; and didnt get that email. It’s like the morning after walk-of-shame beauty version lol.

    • Oh and I forgot to add also… You can mix ‘N match your products with hers. If you have some that you haven’t yet opened that you could swap with the damaged ones. You mentioned they were the same so she’ll never know 🙂 Unless she reads MSA O.O hah.

    • I got the same items like you. In white bag. I don’t know what I was thinking when I bought it, but I already have too many of mascara, lip glosses, eyeliners, highlighters etc. Actually don’t need even one item from this bag. But I will try this liquid blush.

    • This makes me even more mad that I got ripped off, I got charged $36 and emailed them and never heard back from them. Mally and I are done doing business together. I was hoping for eyeshadows and blushes or lip products. I don’t need anymore eyeliners or mascara at all and don’t use brow stuff. Oh well I’ll swap most of it.

      • I think the shipping was $11 if you didn’t use the code….?

        • Yeah, I tried the code a dozen times it wouldn’t work for me. I emailed them and never heard back, not impressed with their customer service.

    • I know 🙁 I wasted too much time trying to get the free ship code to work and it literally sold out as I was clicking “place order”. Same with Beauty Bar. Was trying to pick something and it sold out too :,(

      • I’m lucky I got online early — one advantage to being in the Eastern time zone, I guess. I got a little click-happy (I don’t want to see my credit card statement) but I predicted a lot of these deals would go fast and I made it in just under the nick of time with some of them.

        Also was the beneficiary of some glitches — the Glossybox $20 off and the free shipping with this one.

  5. I was able to get the code to apply but in the end it didn’t work and I was charged shipping anyway. I emailed their CS and got this very nice, polite reply:

    >Thank you for your email! Promotional codes are not valid when used with other site promotions. This time I will go ahead and refund you for the shipping costs but in the future please note that discount codes cannot be applied during a promotion timeframe. XXX

    • That’s a better response than I got. When I called them on the phone, they told me they’d call me within the hour to help me process the payment since the code wouldn’t work. At some point, they updated the page to say promotions could not be combined. That’s what they told me when they called me back an hour later, not offering, but I’ll go ahead and process it and take off the shipping for you this time… Then while on the phone, she proceeds to tell me they are now sold out. I tried multiple times, three different browsers, while on the phone with them, before, and after, and this is the way they treat their customers!! They are now telling me that they’ll “see what they can do” and call me back. I love Mally products, but their poor customer service and lack of business ethic just made them an enemy in me. We’ll see if they make this right. I’ve spent a quarter of my day dealing with this already!

      • Wow, that’s prettty crappy of them to just say “we’ll see what we can do”. I’d be willing to bet that it was nothing. Because they majorly oversold these. And if you were checking out as they sold out (same here) , most likely you would’ve gotten a 2bad4u email anyway. So silver-ish lining in a bowl full of peed-on Cheerios?? Sorry you had such a bad experience 🙁

  6. I can’t get the coupon code Welcome to work, it says it’s applied to my order, but shipping is still $12?? Did anyone else have that problem?

    • I have theysame problem as yours but I place my order anyway. I gotmy receipt they only charged me $25.

      • I just ordered, I can’t get the coupon code to work, tried it 5 times, code was applied, but when I get to order review, no discount code is listed. Got charged $36.

        • I placed my order around 8 a.m. Pacific time and the code Welcome worked for me. Though I had to actually hit the “Place order” button a few times to get it through. I’m guessing they must have been working on the website and I got in just under the wire.

  7. The site has been updated to say promo codes are not valid with this item. I not paying that much for shipping.

  8. I tried both Chrome and IE and couldn’t get it to apply the coupon code, even though it said it did. I ended up having to call them and do it over the phone. Hopefully, you will have better luck than I did, but at least I got my free shipping!

  13. Placed order with $12 shipping….THEN checked email and saw offer of free shipping w/ WELCOME. DOH! So here’s how lame I am…..I ordered another, so I could take advantage of that. Yes, I spent $25 to save $12. I’m just that lame.

    • Well, then I get to be lame with you 🙂 Did the same thing did not see the free shipping code and was not going to pay that much in shipping hehe

    • I went to buy this bag first thing this morning. ( I saw it on instagram) I then saw shipping was $10 for me so I added a second bag to make my total $50 to qualify for free shipping. Ha ha ha

    • Excellent question! I hadn’t heard of Mally at all until they started appearing in my New Beauty Test Tube boxes. I’ve only tried their lip glosses and one eye shadow stick. All of those products are good. Nothing extraordinary, but good. I am more than happy to buy them at such a huge discount but I am not as excited about this as I am for the Too Faced mystery box!

I really wanted to purchase this, yet after placing 3 orders at 100pure ( Thanks Liz – That was my favorite promotion this weekend ) because I know their stuff is pure and natural, 1 vegan cuts holiday bag order, 1 beauty bar order, and 1 memebox order. I have enough beauty products to last a while.
