I would order this if my sister will split the cost. I should check. I want the Pur-Lisse and hair serum. She can have everything else. She would be a new subscriber if she did it because she ordered her fall box on my account.
This summer was different for me. Normally I am outside a lot and go through tons of sunscreen. I like how the Pur-Lisse went on and it did a great job.
I signed up a few weeks ago and they said this is what I would be getting, which is pretty neat… Even if it is leftovers from past boxes. However, I could pass on the Purlisse if that’s something they intend to send out… I have enough Purlisse SPF to last a lifetime. :-/
The way I read the email (and perhaps its just optimism at work) is that it would be $200 worth of goodies PLUS the $95 flash facial. Did anyone else read it that way when you got the email? If so that’s a great value. Especially since I only got the fall box so I wouldn’t get many duplicates! Sounds like a win-win.

I am reading it differently. I am reading it as you are GOING to get the face stuff and it will have a value of over $200.00. They word it one way and then another. I would call them or email them.
Is that flash facial any good?
It’s totally different from anything I have used, however there are a couple of others like this on the market now. it’s like a kind of gel that you apply and sort of roll off and its like when you are rolling off the gel stuff, dead skin and whatever is coming off too. sorry for the not so good description!

I could be wrong, but I believe it is. I signed up believing I would get the next winter box and then got an email stating I would get the welcome box. However, it is a seperate charge from the winter box so I bet you could call and request that they charge and send you one if you want one bad enough. 🙂
This is so tempting just to pay $40 for the flash facial. It is a fantastic offer. I just don’t know if I’m up for more battles with them.

Seriously, it’s kind of challenging to deal with them. I got one box through Groupon, then had to cancel for financial reasons. I look at the sample items and realize just how many of them I have (apron, socks, Purlisse) or don’t really need (my nailpolish stash is about to outgrow its second nail polish rack).
But canceling was hard. I did the cancel form on their website. It seemed to go through. But then I kept getting e-mails saying “You’re a FabFitFun VIP” and “get your next box free” by making referrals. So I was worried and contacted them again. They assured me my subscription had been canceled in early October but it took a few days. It had me worried for a bit, though.
