SwaagBox Trial Offer – First Month for $5

Swaag Box $5 Trial Box

SwaagBox is a monthly time-of-the-month subscription box. The box is normally $16 a month, but you can try out your first month for only $5. (No coupon needed - just use this link).

From what I can tell on Instagram, they send out a piece of jewelry, a candy item and a makeup item each month in addition to your brand choice of tampons/pads. (You also can get double makeup and jewelry for an extra $6 a month).

What do you think of this Time-of-the-month box? Are you going to try it for $5?

Even though I'm not a fan of their website design, the checkout is secure so I'm giving it a go. And I like that they actually send out the entire box of tampons/pads instead of individual units. (Why don't more time-of-the-month boxes do this?) And you can pay with PayPal, so if you ever want to cancel you can do so from your PayPal account.

First off I would like to say thank you to everyone who has tried our box. My wife Danielle and I started swaagbox in April of this year and have grown rapidly with most startups there are hiccups and we will always do our best to make them right. If you have any compliments, questions or complaints please let us know

Rachel

Please email us at [email protected] so we can make that right. We use a variety of suppliers and do our best to screen all items we receive

Also please don’t just look at the subscription as what tampons or pads cost. We send so much more and the real value is in those items that we hope makes that time of the month a little better. It’s like ipsy meets a TOM box with a bonus. This months box has 4 pieces of makeup one bracelet and we just started testing putting chocolate back in boxes now that it’s colder and won’t melt.

Each month I think our boxes have gotten better. Our first few boxes were nothing to write home about but I do hope our recent boxes really make you love our service, we have some great boxes lined up.

Any questions or concerns please email us at [email protected] or message us on Facebook

Thanks
Mike

Ok I just broke down and ordered this one, I was trying so hard to avoid it. But I finally broke down, $11 bucks for double jewelery and makeup, probably will cancel next month, $22 seems too high.

Looks like a fun box! Just ordered my trial box through your link for $5. 🙂 I figure I can always cancel if I don’t feel its worth $16 to continue.

For those worried, I signed up (can’t beat $5 😉 ), and there’s a link right on my subscriptions page to cancel! Nice and easy 🙂

Hi, I just wanted to tell you about another time of the month subscription box called Cora. Here’s the link: http://www.corawomen.com/
I think this box is awesome because for every box you purchase, they donate pads to girls in India who can’t afford them, and end up missing school on the days they have their period.
You can use the code FOUNDERS at checkout to receive 20% off your first 12 months.

I received mine a few days ago and loved it. I got two pairs of earrings (9.25 silver), one two heart necklace shaped in an infinity shape (9.25 silver). Makeup: I believe there were primer, eyeshadow, lipstick, eyeliner, a nice big package of always like i get at the store (about 7-8 bucks when I buy it), tootsie rolls. Nothing was opened or expired for me. Contact CS, if you experienced different.

You can’t beat $5 to try out the box…hope they impress – I just ordered.

Yeah, I’d like to try this, but I don’t see where you could cancel easily. All I see is the 800 number which means talking to someone who might talk you out of canceling lol. Or am I missing something?

Update: I heard back from customer service on this (they got back to me within a couple of hours!) and they said canceling can be done by emailing them or by logging into your account. No questions asked if the box doesn’t work for you. Not bad!

I feel like I am the only one who thinks this, but aren’t time of the month boxes a bit expensive? I mean Kotex costs around/below $5 a month for the larger count box … or is more so a name brand / convenience thing? I would love to try one out, but it just I can’t justify the overall price compared to what I spend now.

This one is just right with the price in my opinion. I usually buy the tampons that have regular/plus mixed in together. That cost me around $8-10 ( sometimes I catch them on sale). So the other $6-8 I’m paying is for the convince of not driving up to the store and the extra goodies it comes with.

I agree! They are expensive for no apparent reason. You can go to Walmart and get a box and some makeup products and treats for less than the price of a TOM box.

I sub to this box. The first box..wasn’t so impressed, but they seem to have taken advice from their subscribers and my second box is amazing . The costumer service is awesome. I changed the type of feminine item with a click.
This month I received some breast cancer awareness jewelry pieces and some of their proceeds were donated to the fund.

CONS…
Don’t purchase it for the candy ( not much in it)

The packaging is boring.

PROS

Cute concept.

WIDE variety of feminine products.

Great SC

Easy to unsubscribe.

Cute jewelry and nice makeup.

I receive the double makeup and jewelry.

They pay close attention to their subscribers. They are quick to respond.

I just bought one! And my mom did too for me! My tampons cost at least 7.50-8 for a 18ct box.. and this is $5 with surprises! Sounds good to me!

Jen— Do you know if we need to make sure to cancel this box… is it going to re-bill every month? BC we def do not want that!!!

Thanks!!

Okay, I caved and purchased. I had never heard of this kind of box. I went and paid the extra $6 for more makeup/beauty. Will be excited to see what I get for $11. Thanks!
