I had a few hiccups but it was basically OK.
First they said that I didn’t need to cancel until November. But then it looked like they were going to charge me for October. (To be fair, I got in on a 3-months-for-$16.97 deal where something had been screwed up and most of us got extra boxes.) I called and they canceled me right away.
I still got the October box (my first call came after the selection window, though), and the charge went through for 3 months. I called again, and they refunded me for the two months I wasn’t getting.
So there were some issues, but calling seemed to work. The people I talked to on the phone were nice and answered in just a minute or two. (Try about 6:30 PM Eastern on a Monday! And press “3” for billing.)
