I got to tell you, I used to subscribe to this and really wanted to love it but really found that the products were not that great. I do, however, use their baby shampoon on my kid – i do like that.

Also, to cancel the subscription… ugh, what a pain in the butt. you have to call in and the whole time they are trying to retain you so it is an annoying conversation. not the mention – at the time they have short phone hours so I had to call from work to cancel which is really inconvenient.

This is not a service I would ever go back to but would and do buy the baby shampoo at target!

I agree. I like quite a few of their products, but the hassle you have to go through to cancel is a deal breaker. This was one of the first companies I subscribed to and it taught me a lesson about looking into how hard it is to cancel before signing up. It makes me feel icky when a company makes it so hard to get out… like they’re dishonest or desperate.

I agree with you! I use their diapers for my youngest (because the patterns are CUTE!!) but I’m just not a fan of their cleaning products or skin care line. I wanted to like this company’s products but there are better products out there that are similarly or more conscious of their ingredients and are more effective. I haven’t actually cancelled yet, once a month I login and just move my next shipping date out as far as I can.

Canceling is a hassle, I agree. I got a voucher through zulily and when I went to cancel, they kept trying to do all these things to get me to stay. It got annoying. I was persistent and eventually the guy quit pestering me and just canceled the account.

I ordered the $20 groupon and placed my order. They are running free shipping with $50 purchase (total before entering the groupon code). Nice way to try without a monthly obligation. Thank you!

I get the products bundle, not the vitamins. And I bought the $20 groupon, not the vitamin one

I’m an existing bundle member, but I bought the Groupon thinking I would be able to use it. Maybe I can call them and see what they say about it.

Maybe you can apply the coupon to an existing bundle and see if it goes through? I was able to do so a few months ago
