Okay, so with this coupon and 100 points, a Benefit Chachabalm, a travel sized Avène Thermal Spring Water, a Skyn Iceland Skin Hangover Kit and a Mystery Sample Pack, altogether $62.00, came out to $31.34. I’m calling it my reward for getting through the kids 1st month of school!

Birchbox really need to revamp the point system. I have 800 but only wanted to use 500 for my $51 purchase, they have to force me to use 600 points! You should be able to select how much points you want to use.

I just wanna say that at least Birchbox has a good point system going for us customers. Unlike Ipsy’s point system, which takes FOREVER to add up and it seems like you can only use it towards other deluxe sized samples. I haven’t seen a decent “points” reward from them yet.

Don’t get me wrong, I understand what you mean because that’s $9 in points you “lost” but at least it didn’t cost anything extra out of pocket. 🙂

How does this fare with what we might expect on Black Friday? Or is there anything in subscription boxes on Black Friday or Cyber Monday? New to the world of subscription boxes so not sure what happens on those days, if anything. TIA

Yes! I’ve been waiting for a good code to place an order. I got the suki face scrub, Caudalie foam cleanser, and bonus sample pack for free. Grand total was $70.95 and I only paid $5.71 after the free pack was deducted, 25% off, and $40 in points. This is why I love birchbox!

Is anyone having issues with the BB site and doing your reviews for points? I keep getting kicked out and saying to log back in, when I do the review it logs me out and doesn’t credit me for the review. Wondering if it is just me.

I kept getting an error message when I tried to do my reviews. I contacted them and they just credited my account as if I had done them.

I’ve had issues with Birchbox’s website and my reviews before– I just contacted the BB team and they were super helpful! Just send them an email about the issues you are having, and they will send you response quickly. Last time I had review issues, they ended up gifting me 100 points for my troubles! Every time I have an issue with BB or think about canceling, their awesome customer service keeps me signed up!

I ordered today to be on the safe side. Do their codes last as long as they say? Or will it turn off before the 30th if it hits x amount of uses?
Perfect timing. I ordered my son the Polo shirt which he saw in the video and wanted. He loves his lifestyle item which is the true utility framework mini and spent about an hour trying it out. He also loves clothes. So the Polo shirt for him and the Snowball Bella Charm candle for me since I wasn’t able to order the other Bella Charm candle as a BirchPlus item. I was nice and allowed him the mystery pack. I used up my points and some.

I’m new to birchbox but have aquired enough points to save $10. I REALLY want a clarisonic mia 2….should I use this and my points or do they do 25% often? (hoping to build up my pts. a little more)

If I were you, I’d save up more points since the Clarisonics are pricey. Birchbox does do the 20% off more often then not, so it’s definitely worth saving up more points and then using the promo later… that way it’s a way less out of pocket cost for you! 🙂

Usually they do 20% and 15% off coupon codes, so that’s why I wanted to post about this one since 25% off codes are a little more rare. I’m sure there will be another one – not sure how long for another one to show up though! Hope that helps!
