#MSA01 Quarterly Box Shipping Update!

MSA01 Spoiler Alert!

Just a quick update on the shipping of the first MSA Quarterly box. We were originally planning on shipping this week, but one of the items in the box arrived at Quarterly and was a few items short, so we're waiting on the additional units to arrive - hopefully by tomorrow.

This means the boxes should start shipping out early next week. (If you've ever wondered why a box is delayed, now you know one of the reasons!)

For me, I have no problem with a box shipping a little later than anticipated if I'm not charged yet, and the box is upfront about the situation, so that's why I wanted to share this with you as soon as I learned about it. (I've also seen the frustration of subscribers who are shipped their boxes in a much later second wave, so I like that Quarterly waits until they have every single subscriber's box accounted for before they ship).

Also, if you're on the waitlist, there are a few more openings, so watch out for an email in the next few days!

To be fair to quarterly you are able to sign up for any sub and you aren’t charged until the item ships. So you’re able to reserve your box way in advance.

I ordered mine when Liz first announced her box.

I haven’t had experience with their wait list. Sounds crazy, so many people rushing to get this box which is great news for you Liz!! The wait list selling out so fast makes me think of the craziness of the allure beauty box!! So excited for your box it arrive.. 🙂

I think this is absolutely absurd I got an email saying 6 boxes were back in stock and I clicked on it took me to the cart I entered shipment info then said no longer available … Should it stay in my cart for at least a minute while I am entering payment info , I don’t think I’ll be ordering from quartley every that’s ridiculous , most online things keep the product in your cart for at least 5 minutes to give you time to check out

That happened to me too – I had it in my car, hit the payment button, and…nothing. Just a blank screen. I gave it a minute (in case it was processing behind the scenes), then finally hit refresh, and got the main screen saying the box was wait-listed again. Srsly? I agree – if you have it in the cart, it should at least give you time to go through the screens! (Wrote Quarterly an email to that effect.)

Me three! I get it that everyone wants one, but it’s really mean to give me the “joy of victory” and the “agony of defeat” in the span of 15 seconds! It was in my cart! My cart!

Liz, i have an idea. I missed out on the first two years of PopSugar but watched their videos of what was in those boxes. If you would just come up with a few Special Edition boxes and include all those items, you would make me a very happy woman. 🙂

OMG, how did I not know about this sooner! I know I would love this box since I seem to pretty much also agree with Liz on what she likes!! Okay, got myself on the wait list, but if there are only 10 more spots open, I have no idea where I am in that. Hoping for somewhere within the top 10!!! How much is this box? It didn’t show the price since it was sold out. Please let me be in the top 10 of the wait list!!!!

The box is $50 a quarter. If you don’t get off the waitlist for this box, we’ll be opening subscriptions again for the Winter box that ships at the beginning of December, but I hope you get one of the fall boxes! 🙂

Anyone else having a hard time getting an account created(open) for this box? I have created three waitlists and accounts. I have received several open box notifications and each time I have attempted to purchase—the web site claims they don’t have me signed up, even though I am receiving email notifications and it allows me to sign in. I missed out twice on signing up. Quarterly’s customer service told me to keep creating new accounts, which I am. I am bummed. I am not completely stupid, but for whatever reason, I have been locked out of Quarterly’s site. Liz, is there any way we can purchase direct from your site. Pay in advance? Anyone have the same strange problem that I am having? The weird thing is customer service insists I have no accounts created–but I can log on-I just can’t purchase. #Liz,Take My Money

Well, considering I haven’t gotten my August box from them yet (it is on it’s way at least), I am not too concerned that yours might ship the beginning of the second week instead of the first week of this month! Thank you for the update though; this is one thing Quarterly is not too good about, and one reason these two boxes are my first from them, though I’ve been looking for months.

BUT I WANT A GOLDEN GOOSE NOW!!!!! I WANT MY MSA BOX NOW!!!! Just checked outside. That didn’t work. sigh… sniff… This has been the worst wait EVER! We have all gotten to know you and it is like you are a friend. You guide us through the sub box madness.
