So let me get this straight, I’m a little slow, I resub when a code comes out that I like before the 15th of the month such as October 1-14. Then turn around and cancel before the 15th of that same month? So order then cancel before the 15 th of each month? Do I have it. Thanks for the extra help.

You’ve got it exactly right: sub and unsub between the 1st and the 14th of each month to get the goods and to not be auto-locked in for next month 🙂

Notice though that they started this whole thing today, on the 15th.
Glossybox autorenews your subscription if not canceled by the 15th of prior month!
That way anyone who unsubs and resubs today will receive two boxes for this month AND is locked in to receive one for next month.
Anyone who isn’t already subbed for this month will be getting one for this month and one for next month.

What if I renew tomorrow, will I get October box? I already canceled 2 weeks ago, September is my last paid box.

Your current subscription is set to end in September.
Resubbing any time before the 1st of October would set your new subscription to start in September (thus charging you for and shipping you a second September box).
Also, since its already the 15th, resubbing would set you up to be charged and receive October’s box, and canceling the re-subscription would not change this fact (as to not receive October’s box you need to have canceled the subscription prior to the 15th of September, which you cannot do without a time machine heh).

I think this is a joke because I never got my eyeko mascara. Emailed and never got a response. Post on fb and they said they will send it out. Never got it.

I would send them another message because I had the same issue with an item missing from my box but because my item was no longer available… they let me choose a more recent item which ended up being another glamglow and it only took 3 days for me to receive my replacement.
Question though… as a long term subscriber I feel like I’m missing out on all of these sign up offers. Is cancelling and resubbing a possibility to get them or would I have to buy another box and have duplicates? I have quite a few glossydots right now that I probably don’t want to lose. I think when I initially subbed it was just a model co. product that I never ended up getting. I purchased a box for my mother with the same code and she never got it either :/

Trick: You must unsub before the 15th of current month. Then some time between the 1st and 15th of next month you resub with your promo code and then unsub again before the 15th so that the subscription doesn’t lock you in for next month.
