So happy I didn’t sight up! I was so close and now I can save my money and get the MSA box instead! Great box just not for me

My box is scheduled to arrive on Monday. Hopefully my other box will ship that is to go to my sister. I would not recommending emailing them because I sent an email on 9/16 and received a response today. I have read on this blog that they are responsive to phone calls.

I just got the confirmation e-mail saying my box shipped yesterday. I’m really excited. I loved both the spoilers, so even if the rest of the box is a bust, it’s still a win value-wise for me.

Does anyone here have an experience with FFF customer service? I received a shipping notice today, but have had a billing issue (my credit card was recently re-issued due to attempted fraudulence, but FFF mysteriously updated my credit card number without my authorization and I’m questioning how they could do this) that hasn’t been answered for more than a week by now. I don’t have time to call them during the day – I’ve been emailing to FabFitFun VIP Customer Care but are they more responsive on FB or any other ways? TIA!

I am new to this whole subscription thing and when I go to their website to order and input all my info, nothing happens….what am I doing wrong?

I’m being hopeful about this box. I always want to try out a Jessica Steele apron and think it will be nice to wear while doing housework. The hydrating booster will be useful over the winter. I will be content with some fall scents and baking items.

Btw Liz! I did get my refferal for the free winter box and do not even know how, had to be facebook posts and I’m so grateful I get the winter box free and am SUPER excited that I can’t stand it. I got 5 referrals but they only count 3 and that is fine. I just wish I knew who ordered so I could give them a huuuuuge thank u from me because I’m grateful and thankful to them all. 🙂

Any chance for more spoilers? I have a groupon good til January but neither of these items particularly make my skirt fly up. They’re not bad, they just don’t thrill me….
