Thank you Sara for letting us know about this box! Beauty Box 5 has another new Limited Edition box that features full-size eco-friendly items. (Usually these boxes feature brands that have been in Beauty Box 5 boxes - any guesses on this one?)
FYI - I've heard mixed reviews on these Limited Edition boxes, so if you have tried a Limited Edition box lately and recommend it (or not) let us know!

I too have bought their “limited edition” boxes in the past only to find them filled with drugstore brands and unbranded junk. Last box was $40 and had 2 discontinued Elizabeth Arden products (pink lipstick and eyelid primer), generic sunglasses, generic bronzing cream, Revlon nail polish, the standard giveaway Revlon mascara that had been in every beauty sub box for 6 months, Revlon eyeliner pencil, and a Revlon eyelash curler. Hardly luxe, definitely drugstore, and took a month to arrive on top of it all. And then they sent me two of them. I didn’t order two. The charges were made days apart, so they had clearly misused my card info and processed it a second time. When I called I was accused of forgetting I bought 2. Then they refused to take one back and refund me. I mentioned I’m an attorney and they are in violation of not only federal law but their own terms of service on their site. They then agreed to accept a return if I sent it back at my expense. I refused to pay $8+ to send it back since I didn’t order it to begin with. They finally agreed to send me a return shipping label and refund me. I waited over a week and nothing-no refund, no label. I called again and said either you refund or I’m disputing the charge with my credit card. Since that costs them money in the end, they gave me the refund (albeit 3 days later). But they never sent me a return shipping label. I inquired about it 2 more times before I gave up and donated the whole box to our local shelter that provides transitional assistance to women leaving prostitution.
After the last 4 months of BB5 monthly junk boxes, which thank God I only paid $6/month for with a coupon, I’m all done with them in every capacity.

im not sure if I can upload a picture. I’m on my cell phone but these boxes are the worst! I bought the $99 mega box and the $39 classic Hollywood and $39 glam Hollywood. They were all terrible! Not worth the value, products that are out of season, and no special packaging. It is just a waste of money. Their monthly boxes aren’t that bad but their limited edition boxes are horrible. Stay away!

I got suckered into the Limited Edition box two times ago, for the Manhattan Maven and was not happy with what I got. The biggest value item was a cream blush from a brand I hadn’t heard of and didn’t want to pump out at all. I got Revlon Tweezers and OPI nail polish from a collection from 4 years ago, a glitter eyeliner by a company I’ve never heard of and the same Nicka K nail polish I got in my normal box. I can’t remember if I got something else or not I was pretty angry about the box. All these limited edition boxes sound like they’ll be great but after my experience with the 1 I won’t buy one again.
