Does anyone have experience with their CS? My first box has been stuck at the origin point (“Picked Up By Shipping Partner”) since September 8th. I emailed CS several days ago but have heard nothing. I’m going to send them another message shortly. I would totally get this deal if I knew I would actually get a box.

I have had good luck with their CS. I did not like the weight loss box at all, so emailed them to switch me to the regular box (Got a deal on a one year sub). They took care of it fairly quickly.

To anyone wanting to pick up this subscription I’d be careful. If you are looking for a subscription that really focuses on weight loss there are better options out there. This one is very hit or miss month by month so I wouldn’t get your hopes up. It is very affordable however, but I’ve been signed up for it for about 6 months now (I got a year subscription when they had their last big deal on it) and I’ve gotten a few good things out of it, but most of it is misses and the value is rarely there! (just my opinion) I just wanted to caution anyone out there interested in this subscription! 🙂

I agree. Most of the items in the box are weight loss pills or supplements. Not what I was hoping for

I agree this box is very hit or miss. Mostly miss. I received this sub as a gift and was so very thankful when it ended. I get approx 20 boxes per month and this always was one of my least favorites.

Just got email this morning I was excited last time I only got a 3 month cause was short on cash, 60% is a better deal now, woot!!
