I purchased one, and got charged, but I did not receive any confirmation e-mails or shipping notifications. Is that normal with this particular box?

The last couple of times I ordered from them, I didn’t get any confirmation or notification, either. I e-mailed them to ask about it. It took them a few days to respond but they did get back to me (and sent me a tracking number via e-mail but the box had already arrived by then).

I’d suggest e-mailing them with your shipping information and the date of the order (and any CC authorization codes that show up on your statement next to that transaction) so they can look it up for you. Usually their shipping is fast, although it wasn’t the last time I placed an order.

Nothing is calling out to me in this box. I’ve purchased Total Beauty a few times and this seems a bit weaker. It’s an easy no for me.

I dithered because I don’t think the value is as good as other TB collections ($85? No…) . But in the end I caved because I can never have too much cuticle oil or eye serum, and maybe my polish won’t be that ugly emerald. I have enough eyeliners– think I’ll pass that on to my son’s GF, and the lash thing too.
