Witch Please OCD Hand Sanitizer in Roy G. Biv
Personal Space Air Freshener in Flying Monkeys
I'm including a quarter in some of these photos to show scale since a few of these samples are super small. I also can't do value estimates since these items aren't labeled in size, and neither are the full size versions on their site.
Out of all these scents, so far the perfume oil is my favorite - its a nice woodsy scent.
There's No Place Like Home Fortune Cookie Soap - Value $3
Miss Popular Bubble Bath Powder
This soap smells like apples and cinnamon - definitely what you would expect from a fall box.
Swankified Walnut Facial Scrub
I think these are my favorite three scents in the box. The BFF cream is an interesting mix of blueberries and pumpkin.
Verdict: I think this is a great box if you want to try out new Fortune Cookie Soap products and scents. You get to sample 8 products and get a $10 off code, so the box is really only $10 if you plan on using the code. (And even though I couldn't do a value breakdown on these samples I think it's safe to say they are worth at least $10).
I'm allergic to FD&C Red No. 40, so this box is a bit more of a challenge for me. Since these are all pre-release products, I can't find the specific ingredient lists on the site, and some products like the perfume oil don't list ingredients at all. And the ingredient lists that are provided are general for categories and just list "Colors" without providing which specific colors were used. (I thought cosmetic companies had to list out specific colors, but I could be wrong). Anyway, I know I'm in a very small minority when it comes to this concern, so I think this box will work for most people! (I emailed Fortune Cookie Soap to see if they could send me a specific ingredient list for each item in the box - I'll update if I hear back).
