Hamptons Lane Subscription Box Review & Coupon – July 2014 Honey

Whodini Sisters Bloody Mary Potion Seasoning - Value $16.50

Bee Raw Orange Blossom Honey - Value $15

I'm pretty excited about this Whodini Sisters seasoning - it's all natural and gluten-free. Plus in addition to the classic Bloody Mary cocktail recipes, they also have some delicious sounding marinade recipes I plan on trying out!

Hamptons Lane recommends using this Orange Blossom Honey for lemonade, marinade and dipping sauces for chicken satay.

Hamptons Lane Subscription Box Review & Coupon – July 2014 Juice

American Juice Company All-Natural Cocktail Blends The Chuck Blueberry - Value $5

American Juice Company All-Natural Cocktail Blends The Ginger Gershwin - Value $5

More all natural mixers for our bar - I'm thrilled! I love that these juices are premixed into awesome cocktails so you just have to add alcohol and you're good to go!

Hamptons Lane Subscription Box Review & Coupon – July 2014 Tools

Stainless Steel Julep Strainer & Wooden Cocktail Muddler - Value $19

Glass Dharma Glass Straws - Value $14

I was happy to see that these glass straws are dishwasher safe (that's pretty much my one requirement for liking a kitchen item). We have quite a few bar tools already thanks to Bespoke Post, but it's probably good to have some spare tools too.

Verdict: This is only my second box, but so far I'm really impressed with Hamptons Lane! I think the packaging and presentation are great - especially for gifting - and the curation of food items and accessories seems to be very high-end and all-natural, which I love.

Did you get the Summer Cocktail box from Hamptons Lane? What did you think of it?

This box looks great! 45$ seems a little steep though just because there are so many other great looking food-centric boxes i would love to try at the same price point.
How are the straws? i’d be worried about them breaking!

Actually, the only thing alcohol related last month was a wine tote, which can be used for juice, soda, etc instead. It also had mustard, a fig onion jam, a handcrafted knife and some spicy pickles. I really like last month’s box, and thought the flag tote was very cute! I can’t wait to get my box for this month! The honey lemonade and bloody mary mix marinade both sound like the perfect recipes for a mid-summer bbq.

i think this is the 2nd month in a row they’ve focused on alcohol, if i’m not mistaken? this box wouldn’t appeal to us, as we don’t drink… i feel these items would be better off in a “spirits” subscription box. i was interested in this box at first, but then the past two months put me off.

If you don’t drink most of these items can be used for spritzers. Just add sparkling water or club soda for the syrups. you can also use the muddler and strainer for mint water or other herb infused waters (crushing released more of the flavors).
