Was anyone else not able to fill out any surveys for the July Glossybox? It says there are none available. I want to be sure to get my glossy dots.

I contacted their customer service and received this reply:
“The July surveys have not been posted yet. They will be posted this week, once we have all the July shipments sent from the warehouse.”
So i guess they’ll appear later this week then?

Stephanie, more than once I’ve tried to fill out the surveys only to find a message that there are none available. You’ll have to contact CS if you don’t want to miss out on the Glossydots.

I would contact them and see if you can apply the promo code. Since it’s just a day difference. They might honor the promo code, lots of places will honor a code within the first day or two. It’s worth a shot anyways!

In the past these % off discounts only seem to come around once a quarter. (They usually prefer to do a gwp coupon offer like free nail polish with your first box). Hope that helps!

When you placed your order, did you get a confirmation page? I am not sure if my order went through. The only thing that happened after I filled in the page and clicked on place order now is that a check mark appeared next to my name in the CC name slot.

I already have the monthly subscription but want to change to the 3 month subscription to get the discount. When I try to do that it says my first box will be July, which I have already paid for and am receiving. Do you know how to make the first box be August?

Glossybox won’t allow you to have subscriptions run concurrently. The only way to get the 20% off is to have 2 July boxes. Believe me, I’ve tried in the past and ended up with duplicates.

I had a month-to-month subscription, and my July box has already been shipped. I did the 6-month plan with the code, and they said they’d start with next month’s box since I already have the July one! It says the subscription will expire in January, which means that it starts in August. So give it a shot!
