  1. I’m done with Julep, I canceled last month. Now I browse their site for colors I like and try to find them on the swap site. It has worked for the last 5 polishes I have wanted! Thanks for the swap site Liz!

  2. I haven’t gotten my Memorial Day box yet. They sent the free bareface oil from my coupon code, but not the box. Should I have received it yet?

    • My oil and mystery box came together and I received both a week ago. I would contact them to see if there was an error.

    • The same thing happened to me, I received the free bare faced and not the memorial day box. I called them and my replacement box was shipped today. I really want to know what was in the memorial day mystery boxes…….

    • same thing happened to me. i emailed them and it took them a week to get back to me and tell me the boxes are all gone. they gave me a $25 coupon code instead.

    • I received both the oil and my mystery boxes on the same day in separate packages, although I was missing one of the “extras” (cuticle sticks), so I didn’t bother asking for those. I found a different blog that has spoilers for all of the Memorial Day boxes — so I was happy with the choices I made, even before I got to see the items.

      They also sent me a June box, even though I signed up for the service after the cutoff in May. They said I was charged for the box and they would refund, however, I was not charged, since I had already paid a 3 month subscription fee. I emailed them back the same day I got their reply to see what is going on….

I feel like the value is there, but the polish consistency can be a little uneven (some polishes going on very well and others being a bit thick or too thin) and their other non-polish products are also somewhat inconsistent (I love their nail polish remover with the pump, the glitter nail polish removal system, hand scrubs and lotions, their brushes are great quality, and I like their bronzers and blush). I am not a fan of their lip gloss or their eye liner. I haven’t tried everything yet, but overall I do love Julep and their mission. I probably will skip this (although I am still mulling it over) because I have way too much polish!

  4. I am so torn on this one. I wish there were some kind of coupon code or a better spoiler to push me in one direction or the other. I am just so tired of receiving out of season polishes and forget-me-not seeds in my boxes. The memorial day boxes were pretty good— but only because there were a lot of spoilers and we could pick the boxes that appeared to have items we each wanted.

  5. I like the Julep nail color preview in this box …. I’m once again waffeling on this mystery box. Last time I ordered a mystery box, they only sent part of the mystery box and it took me 3 ( 25 minutes calls ) and 2 emails and 3 weeks to get the other part. I was also disapointed in the grey dreary packaging and the outdated products. I’m still thinking of ordering this though in hopes it will be a better experience.
