Fancy Box Subscription Review - June

The Fancy Box is the original Fancy subscription box. They let you customize this box based on interests, but from what I’ve observed I think the only big variations in box depend on your gender preference for the box.

Fancy kindly sent me the June box to review.

Fancy Box Subscription Review - June 2014 Gym

The theme this month is gym workouts.

Fancy Box Subscription Review - June 2014 Cards

There were also individual cards detailing each item included.

Fancy Box Subscription Review - June 2014 Bag

Nylon Duffle Bag – Value $18

I’ve received this item in the past from Fancy boxes, but I seem to always need more reusable totes and bags, so it’s a win. In fact, I think I ended up using this the day it arrived!

Fancy Box Subscription Review - June 2014 Tank

#GymSelfie Tank – Value $28

I already received this item from the Coco Rocha Fancy box a few month ago, so I was surprised to see it repeated in this box. It’s a cute top, and I wear the one I already have, so this one will get gifted or swapped.

Fancy Box Subscription Review - June 2014 Bottle

Fancy X MIZU Stainless Steel Water Bottle – Value $20

Tunz Headphone Set By Tylt – Value $40

I received this water bottle before in a past fancy box, so I wasn’t too excited about it. (I think I’m officially maxed out in water bottles and headphones – time to swap!)

Verdict: This month’s Fancy box was not my favorite – but only because there were so many repeats for me. In terms of value, this box has a retail value of $106. What did you think of the #gymselfie Fancy Box?

  1. This is why I’m excited about Liz’s Quarterly box. Fancy seems to have run out of ideas.

  2. You should contact Fancy. They are actually really good about giving credits or replacing items when you get repeats.

  3. I sub to Coco Rocha and not this box, but it was like deja vu! You kinda expect there might be overlap with subs when you buy Fancy Mystery boxes, but you don’t really expect that two different subs are going to overlap!

    • I don’t get any Fancy boxes but I did have to check the date on this review to see if I had somehow clicked on an old review by mistake!
