Birchbox Man Review & Coupon - July 2014 Soap Dish

Recipe for Men Under Eye Patches - 1 set Value $12

Izola Soap Dish - Value $18

Ursa Major Fantastic Face Wash - 1 oz Value $3.25

It seems like eye patches are the trendy new beauty item this year, and now men have them too! love this little soap dish, and now I want to buy another one with the shark on it!

We first discovered Ursa Major products through Grover & Friends, and I'm a big fan of this natural skincare line for men. I think this face wash smells like the name says too - fantastic!

Birchbox Man Review & Coupon - July 2014 Clinique

Polis Eau de Parfum - Sample Value $2.50

Clinique for Men Broad Spectrum SPF 21 Moisturizer - .5 oz Value $3.75

I think this is the first time I've ever seen Clinique in a Birchbox? Hopefully the brand shows up in the Women's box soon!

Verdict: We paid $20 for this box and received about $40 worth of items. I'm not sure the eye patches will be used, so we'll probably end up swapping them, but over all I think this is a pretty good box in terms of value and item variety.

What did you get from Birchbox Man this month?

What would you suggest for fathers? I’m trying to find my dad a birthday gift but I can’t decide what to get him…At Christmas, I gave him a 6 month subscription to Birchbox and he loves it! I would just get him another birchbox subscription but I want to surprise him. I would appreciate any suggestions!
Thanks! 🙂

I was quit disappointed in hubby’s July box. It was only our 3rd month so not sure if will continued. Got a small sample of #4 Hydrating Shampoo, along with a foil back of same brand conditioner, Baxter Oil Free Moisturizer, Anthony Algae facial wash, Tahitian Waters and the razor as the big (?) ticket item. The razor is only valued at $10. so I’m not even sure the entire thing was worth $20. perhaps if it came with the blades instead of a coupon we’d feel better about it. So far after 3 months, I’m not impressed.

My fiance received the Harry’s razor (which came with 4 free replacement heads from Harry’s website), Ursa Major Fantastic Face Wash, PRORASO Aftershave Lotion, Baxter Oil Free Moisturizer, V76 by Vaugh Lipbalm, Shampoo, and Conditioner (which was two samples of each). I almost cancelled since last months box was a bust for him. This month’s box was much better and hopping next month to be also. otherwise I will be cancelling it.

We got a pair of Bread & Boxers boxer briefs, a sample of Baxter facial scrub, sample of Fuzzy Logic shampoo, sample of English Laundry Tahitian Waters cologne, and a sample of Coola radical recovery after-sun lotion. I thought it was a good box, but the other half is unimpressed and wants me to stop wasting my money 🙁 I thought he’d like the boxes. Oh well.

My fiance has Ursa Major Fantastic Face Wash, PRORASO Aftershave Lotion, Baxter Oil Free Moisturizer, Harry’s Truman Razor, V76 by Vaugh Lipbalm, Shampoo, and Conditioner.

He’ll love the razor, but I wish we got the cute soap dish.
