  6. Has anyone else noticed that $30 off of $60 is $30, and $20 off of $50 is also $30? So basically the deal offers you both 2 shirts or 3 shirts at $30. Hope no one ordered the 2 shirts deal!!

  8. I was pretty disappointed by E&C’s customer service right now. They have a policy of only letting customers use a discount code ONCE IN THEIR LIFETIME. I signed up last year for the Spring using a Livingsocial deal (advertised on here) but sizing on the shirts run’s big and all of the shirts didn’t fit, so I cancelled. I wanted to sign up again using this amazing deal and with updated sizing. I realize this is largely to get new customers, but was disappointed when they told me they did not want my business again. If I could get the right sizing, and use a discount to re-start my subscription I would have been happy to be a constant subscriber. However, the lack of customer service is discouraging and I’ll be sure to share that with my blog followers.

      Thanks for your feedback. Our shirts retail for $40 each. A subscription entitles you to a discount between 25 – 50% off every shirt, every season. In addition, we allow you to redeem up to 1 additional discount. We provide this discount every season as a way of saying ‘thank you’ for pre-ordering your shirts and patiently waiting for them to be produced.   9. I keep trying to claim the code and lobster box keeps telling me to log in with my email and password….but I’ve never created an account with them. There’s no option to log in with facebook either (which would be my preferred method) :/

  16. It’s still not working. It emailed the link and I hit the show coupon and there’s no code on either page.

    • The link wouldn’t show a code on my iPhone, but worked on my iPad.

    • Angie, we just updated it so that you don’t have to click the button to reveal the coupon – hopefully everything should be working for you now!

  17. Did this work for anyone? I got the email with a link to claim my offer as well as a link to view my coupon. Both explained the terms of the deal but neither had an actual code?

    • Mine worked fine. In the email you have to click the “Claim My Coupon” link. That takes you to the page where you click “View My Coupon”.

    • We just updated it so that you don’t have to click the button to reveal the coupon – hopefully everything should be working for you now!

  18. I signed up a few months ago and am expecting the summer collection in June; is there any way to get this deal applied to my fall collection order? I realize they’re mostly hoping for new customers, of course!

      As long as you have not used any other deal or discount, then, yes, we can apply this coupon towards your Fall box. Just email us with the code and we can apply it to your account.

  21. I don’t use Facebook. Why can’t I just log in to get the offer?

    • I don’t use Facebook either. I have an “organization” page for a blog I used to run, and the only thing I use it for is to enter contests. But sometimes it doesn’t work because it’s not a regular account.

  23. I don’t get why they still have the fall collection….It looks like the shirts have been the same for awhile now?

    • Hi Miranda!

      We just released the Fall 2014 Collection a few days ago with three new styles: the Bacall, the Allende, and the Ross. We release each Collection about 6 months before it ships so we have plenty of time to manufacture it.
