FYI - this subscription is different from the New Beauty Test Tube subscription that ships every other month. (You can check out my New Beauty Test Tube reviews to see more!)

QVC New Beauty Test Tube Review - April 2014 Magazine

Each Test Tube comes with a booklet detailing each item included and the latest copy of New Beauty magazine. (I really like this magazine so I think this part adds to the value!)

QVC New Beauty Test Tube Review - April 2014 Tropez

St. Tropez Bronzing Mousse - 50 ml Value $18

Mally Liquid Lipstick in Blossom - FULL SIZE! Value $20

Doll 10 Highlighter in Champagne - Value $15?

I can't find this Doll 10 Highlighter anywhere online so I'm guessing on the price. I like the highlighter though, and the I think St. Tropez is one of the more natural looking self tanners I've tried, so it's a win for me too!

QVC New Beauty Test Tube Review - April 2014 Murad

Algenist Genius Ultimate Anti-Aging Cream - .23 oz Value $13

Murad Essential C Cleanser - 1.5 oz Value $8.50

Ole Henriksen Truth Serum Collagen Booster - .25 oz Value $12

This Algenist cream has amazing reviews on Sephora, and it's free of parabens, phthalates, and sulfates - I can't wait to use it!

QVC New Beauty Test Tube Review - April 2014 Wen

Wen Pomegranate Smoothing Glossing Serum - FULL SIZE! Value $28

Peter Thomas Roth Mega-Rich Conditioner - .75 oz Value $2

Peter Thomas Roth Mega-Rich Shampoo - 1 oz Value $2

Verdict: I paid about $37 for this box with shipping and I received nearly $120 worth of beauty products. I think I'll use just about everything here so the value is great for me. I think my only complain with the QVC New Beauty Test Tube is how often they repeat brands in their boxes - I would love to discover more new brands - even though I like Mally, Algenist, etc.

What do you think of the April QVC New Beauty Test Tube box?

This looks like a pretty great box. Funny story… just got back from a hotel that carried Peter Thomas Roth products.

I agree. QVC has a great opportunity to showcase the new brands they add or highlight the Friday night beauty segments. That said. I usually order but after reading your review, thank you, I’m going to pass on this one. Need to start using what I have already and there doesn’t seem to be too much new to try.
