Thanks to reader Catherine for letting us know that the Fancy Mystery Box is now available in 3 different size options for men and women: Small ($10), Medium ($20), and Large ($40).
I was already thinking about trying another box when there was only the $10 option, but this prompted me to buy one of each - hopefully no more wall decals! š

I agree–that box that I got was soooo not worth it so there’s no way I’d risk losing the money again.

Hate to hear so many bad comments on the Fancy Mystery Box! I waited late to order mine. Received completely different items than what’s been mentioned. Music Branches ($11) Isaac Jacobs neon rim photo frame ($15) Fancy nail lacquer in black and red ($21) and Bib + Tuck lip balm ($?). I was really happy with what I received.

I received mine today with the same products! I ordered this weekend before the new box options came out so really shocked to see what I received. It’s funny though, I’d starting liking the idea of the “Work Hard, Stay Humble” decal, lmfao. Go figure š

Seems as if the Fancy Mystery Boxes just have the leftover crap from all the other boxes, so it’s very likely to get repeats of stuff you already have if you’ve subscribed to the others.

No thanks, Fancy! I got the same crap that everyone else got. Yes, it is crap! Sorry to be so blunt, but I don’t care if it costs $10 or 10 cents, Fancy totally took the cheap way out and mailed out that sticker, head massager, silver nail polish, and salts to almost everyone. Instead, they could have personalize one item. I felt they took advantage of the fact that people would buy it because it was inexpensive to unload their warehouses of these items.
I’ll gladly pass and wait for my Fancy box that I really like, Tyler Florence.

Thanks for the update but my mystery box was so bad that I was embarrassed for Fancy Box. I wrote them….no response. I was this close to subscribing, but now I’m glad I didn’t.

Yeah, I was kinda bummed that I spent $17 on that mess. I honestly probably won’t use anything I got. MAYBE the nail polish, but I have other silvers that I like better.
Definitely not subscribing to any fancy boxes.

I bought two fancy mystery boxes and they sucked so bad that it’s turned me off anything fancy related. How can they put such garbage in their boxes and charge people for shipping. Very disappointed and will probably never buy a fancy subscription.

I received both my Men’s and Women’s mystery box today. The men’s box included 2 notebooks (same ones everyone else is getting) a small leather card carrying case, $100 bill napkins and a sample of L’occtaine shaving cream. The Women’s box included a black clutch with strap (I’ve seen it before in one of Liz’s early Fancy box reviews), a porcelain individual pie plate (small bowl) and a beaded skull bracelet. I’m not super disappointed but I’m not floored either. I probably broke even when you figure in shipping.

Their mystery box was the biggest piece of garbage. I checked into The Motley.. it’s actually a men’s line. Yes, while I know people can use things in a unisex fashion.. they smelled like a straight up guy. And I got the stupid wall decal. Not even one girly thing in the box.

I tried many, many times yesterday and it would never accept FOLLOWUP10 as a coupon code. I checked a coupon code provider online and it gave the same code and said it worked 80% of the time. Maybe I’m in the lucky 20% after all I’ve read. And like others have mentioned, I really can’t stomach the $7.95 shipping. Ugh!
