Conscious Box on Sale at Living Social!

I got the LivingSocial deal, and my first box was decent. The lip balm alone made up for the $10 value I paid. They charged me for the second box before I had even received the first box which I wasn’t too pleased to see. The second box I received today and it was completely NOT worth the full $19.95 price I paid for it. 3 of the sample items were the cheaper valued items I received in my first box. I am really displeased, and happy that I’d cancelled before I paid for another box.

I did the living social deal – one as a gift and one for me. When I received both boxes I opened them (I was adding to the gift for my mother) and to my surprise, the boxes had identical items but one had a bookmark and fabric swatch sample and the other had two more products plus a very nice looking lip balm. That hardly seemed equal to me.

I emailed conscious box and they were surprisingly wonderful. I had read that they did not have good customer service – but I thought they were wonderful. Should I enjoy the products I would absolutely continue the subscription. Customer service sent out additional items to make up for the discrepancy and they credited back my money on the next box (I was charged for the second box before I even received the first). It was not a hassle at all. I just wanted to add my experience!

Good Morning …. Just noticed that conscious box the deal ended on living social and it now on Groupon for the next 7 days starting today. The prices did go up a bit compared to living social. I want to get a 3 month subscription yet I have not seen a valid Groupon Code ( as of today ) that I can use. If you know of any please let me know 🙂

I just got this and it was an extra dollar off if I got it within 10 minutes of looking at the deal. So, $9 for the $20 box. Woo hoo!

When I first subscribed to Conscious Box, it was one of my favorites. It used to be packed with great products, and a huge variety of them. After about six months, though, it went down hill really quickly. I wound up canceling my subscription.

Right before this deal went up on LivingSocial, I got an email from Conscious Box saying that they’ve seen the reviews they’re getting and have improved the box, so I’m tempted to test it out again. I’m torn, though, especially after seeing recent reviews about just how bad the box has gotten. I’d love to see some updated Conscious Box reviews after their “better boxes” start coming out.

I’ve heard way too many bad things about this box and company to try this. I did see it but with that many people having such bad experiences, I couldn’t do it.

I liked a lot of the conscious box samples (especially this bee free honee made from apples!) But if was too many little samples..i would rather have less, bigger samples

conscious box is the worst box ever! I sighed up for the “free” box and they charged me $20 and sent me 2 boxes at the same time.

there is also a coupon code for today only that will take an additional $5 off if you purchase the 3 month option its ‘taxday5’

I might have done this, but Memebox just introduced a new Mini box for $15 inc shipping and that was my splurge for the day lol.

Not sure if it still works, but I used the promo code FREENOW and that gets you the first conscious box free, just pay shipping… but that applies to the smaller sized one i guess, since the box i got was initially 9.95 plus 4.95 s/h (i only paid the 4.95)
