Saffron Rouge Inner Circle Beauty Box Review - March 2014 Mascara

Primavera Energizing Ginger Lime Body Oil - 1 oz Value $7.60

Living Nature Thickening Mascara in Jet Black - FULL SIZE! Value $30

This ginger lime body oil smells amazing! And like most oils, a little goes a long way, so this travel size version will last me a while. I was also thrilled to see a full size natural mascara in this box! I think it's a great everyday mascara - I was able to get significant length with a few layers of application (and no clumps!) but it wasn't crazy volume like say Tarte Lights Camera Flashes!

Saffron Rouge Inner Circle Beauty Box Review - March 2014 Skincare

The Body Deli Mini Solar Day Cream - Travel Size Value $16

Dr. Hauschka Lip Balm - FULL SIZE! Value $16.95

I love pretty much every Dr. Hauschka product I've tried - I'm always happy to find this brand in subscription boxes. This lip balm is super hydrating, and while I would have loved it more in a stick form, it will definitely get all used up!

Saffron Rouge Inner Circle Beauty Box Review - March 2014 Suki

Suki Transforming Cleansing Clay - 4 ml Value $3.75

Kahina Giving Eye Serum - Sample (size not marked) Value $5?

ilike Grape Stem Cell Solutions Cleansing Milk - Sample (size not marked) Value $3?

I'm never too excited about tiny samples, but I'm always up for trying a new Suki product!

Verdict: I paid $25 for this box and received over $80 worth of natural beauty products! I'm hoping we see more makeup products next month, but I'm very happy with this box. So far everything I've tried has been a hit!

What did you think of the March Saffron Rouge Inner Circle box?

I was very happy with this box! I’m also not a fan of small samples so I’ll probably keep the foil packet for later but overall very pleased!

This is my favorite subscription as far as skin care/beauty products, I’m like you where I only like natural scents. The primavera oil is so yummy, love the lime scent 🙂 my mascara was brown/black instead of jet black like yours… Definitely great for everyday office wear! And I never tire of suki face products, I need to start switching my face product line to them as soon as I can. This was my third inner circle box, they are sooooooo worth it!

I was wondering if you could comment on the scents of these products. Do you find they tend to be unscented? Or do they have strong fragrances? Thanks!

Hey there! For my review, I looked at the ingredients lists of the products and this is what I found:
Cleansing milk: light floral/grape smell, added fragrance from essential oils
Solar day cream: light, fresh scent of “olive leaf”? (sort of citrusy), no added fragrance
Lip balm: medium-strong smell that I found nasty, added fragrance (didn’t help in my opinion!)
Juniper cypress oil: strong juniper smell, could be offputting to some (reminds me of Eagle Brand medicated oil, or dau — an old Asian remedy oil), added fragrance
Eye serum: no smell
Cleaning clay: citrusy smell, added fragrance in the form of essential oils

I hope that helps. 🙂

Thank you, that was very helpful!

Most of the products have a natural scent. (I personally don’t like most artificial fragrances, so this is a big perk for me). I would say in general the products aren’t strongly scented.

Hope that helps!

I want this box so much! Every review I’ve seen on this sub shows a high value box. Plan to swap this in once I cancel out a few of my current subs.
