The Bianca Jade MizzFit Quarterly Subscription is a quarterly fitness subscription box. I was very impressed with the first box from Bianca, and couldn't wait to see what she'd include in her second box. In my opinion, I think this box is even better!

The Exhale Core Fusion DVD is done with grippy socks, so Bianca included these to make sure you're good to go! (They are sized 8-10), so I don't think these socks will fit every subscriber though.

Champion C9 Speed Jump Rope - Value $5.29

Bianca included this item as an easy way to get your cardio in. Unfortunately this jump rope gets really bad reviews on Target's site, but I already have a jump rope thanks to Birchbox Man, so I'm good in the jump rope department!

I didn't know this product existed! It's a cover to slip over your ring when you're working out! This set includes one CareRing for each size.

Navitas Naturals Cacao Goji Super Food Power Snack - Value $9.99

I was so happy to see that these are organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, and made with no refined sugar (just date paste). I think they are really good, but not so good that I would be tempted to eat the whole bag at once! (I haven't eaten gluten or dairy in a long time though, so keep that in mind with my food reviews!)

Rainbow Light Protein Energizer in Acai Berry Blast - Value $21.99

I am SO excited about these mixes! I had pretty much given up on finding a healthy protein mix since it seemed impossible to find one that was gluten-free, dairy-free and had low to no sugar.

This Rainbow Light mix hits all of my criteria, and I can't wait to try it in my next smoothie.

Verdict: I paid $50 for this box and received about $130 worth of products! Even though I won't use everything, this box is still a great value for me. It introduced me to a lot of new products, and I think the curation is excellent.

Plus - it's just a nice reminder to workout when you get a fun box like this in the mail! What do you think of the second Quarterly Box from Bianca Jade?

I can not WAIT for the next box! only a few weeks left hopefully!! I sadly didn’t find out about this box til it was too late 🙁 I would love to see some blue tooth earbuds, but that would be wishful thinking. Or even a nice healthy cookbook for quick, cost effective meals? Maybe a stretch out strap since stretching is such a HUGE factor before exercising, and resistance bands. Just my 2 cents, which I’m sure is too late for this next box, but maybe a thought for the future?

Hi everyone! Sorry I’ve been so quiet lately but we just wrapped up designing the box! I AM SO FREAKING EXCITED FOR YOU GUYS TO GET YOURS! It’s really great and super packed full of goodies. I wanted to put lots of fitness fashion inside, good workouts and new emerging trends that I’m loving. I wasn’t going to share any tips until Friday but I’ll let one slip now. Expect to get some PBFit in your boxes! It’s a new form of powdered peanut butter that you can use in smoothies that has less calories and fat. I’ve been using it and LOVE IT! I promise you this box is gonna redeem the last one. My goal was to do that and I believe I’ve succeeded. I waffled back and forth over whether or not to “gift” myself with this box, but in the end I wanted this more than I wanted the $58.00 so I ordered this box today! I also went ahead and subscribed to this quarterly box, because I really want to stay motivated and I feel like getting cool stuff in the mail every few months is going to help keep me on track. Plus, judging by what was in the first box, and what’s in this one, I feel like I’m going to be getting some really neat things that I would have never known about otherwise 😉 I mean, magnetic head phone cord holder? Where have you been all my life?!

I’m so glad that you did include it in the box; I can’t wait to get it and start using it 🙂 Honestly, I’m still somewhat of a novice when it comes to exercise. I’m pretty lazy, but I know I need to work on my eating habits and exercise more consistently in order to be in the kind of shape I’d like to be in. So, I don’t really have any concrete ideas for future boxes; I just hope for things that are awesome and motivating 🙂 I do like to dance though! I appreciate that you read all the comments and comment back too. it really shows you care about the products you put into your boxes, and what we think of them.

This box made me so happy. I loved everything. Being a gluten free vegan, I was very happy I could try the protein & snacks. The protein is excellent quality. There was so much in this box! Even the letter had to be the best letter I ever got in a box. Amazing! Great value!

I loved getting this box (and the last one)! Bianca has a great eye for curation! This one seems like an excuse-buster box… Need a new workout? Boom, DVD. Tired of banging your rings on dumb bells? Boom, covered. Uninspired by your usual morning run playlist? Here, fixed. It’s seriously like a best friend who is breaking you out of your routine, pushing you to do something different and fun. Haven’t tried the smoothie yet, but I intend to tomorrow 🙂

Hi Liz,

Have you looked into the Vega One protein powder? I loved their vanilla Almondilla which they no longer carry (though you can find still in some stores!) but their vanilla is pretty good too. I haven’t tried any other flavors so I cannot speak to them, but if you haven’t already ruled Vega One out – give it a try! I find that amazon is cheaper than getting it at whole foods.

On that protein powder note, a great gluten,dairy, soy – free and low sugar option is one by a brand called Vega. Their Chocolate Vega One all in one nutritional shake is seriously amazing. It took me a long time to find a healthy and great tasting protein powder so I thought I would share!

Oooooh belly dancing! I tried that once. Great ab workout! I also hula hoop to keep my abs in check (in a way that doesn’t involve “crunching”). Anyhow, what I came on hear to comment about is that YES, the box becomes available for gifting NEXT WEEK. So please buy it for your friend or for whoever that person is that’s interested. I think it would be fabulous to have a dance workout themed box this next quarter. I could see those wrist and ankle weights to help put some umph into the workout. I love a workout that is fun! I have tried belly dancing, hula, ballet, Zumba and Hip Hop. They are all soo fun!

I love this box. Once I get through some workout challenges I’m doing, I’m going to try a jump rope challenge and the DVD.

I should also mention that the advice in this box and the last, I am taking to heart. Good nuggets of motivational wisdom. Months later, I still think of getting ready for the gym like getting ready for a date. It works to make me look forward to working out (and I’m a reformed exercise-hater). This box focuses on keeping workouts fresh and switching it up, which I’m already absorbing as a new philosophy.

Sock sizes are actually different from shoe sizes. Those will fit even shoe size 6 feet!
