BarkBox Subscription Box Review & Coupon - March 2014 Box

BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for dogs. It’s one of our favorite subscription boxes - our dog loves it, and we've gifted it to dogs in our extended family as well!

BarkBox customizes your box to your dog’s size. For reference, this review is for the small size (our dog weighs 14 pounds)

BarkBox Subscription Box Review & Coupon - March 2014 Card

Each box comes with a card detailing the items included for the month. This month's theme is breakfast!

BarkBox Subscription Box Review & Coupon - March 2014 Barkworthies

Barkworthies Chew - Value $3

Wagatha's Ogranic Dog Biscuits - Value $10.95

Our dog is addicted to these Barkworthies chews, so it works out that BarkBox includes them so often! I also love that these treats are organic, made in the USA, and wheat and corn free!

BarkBox Subscription Box Review & Coupon - March 2014 Bacon

Aussie Naturals Bacon and Fried Egg Toys - Value $18

These are the cutest dog toys! Our dog prefers stuffed animals (he's very picky when it comes to toys), but these will make a perfect new puppy gift for a friend!

BarkBox Subscription Box Review & Coupon - March 2014 Hare

Hare of the Dog Treats - Value $7

BarkBox is pretty great about only sending healthy treats that are made in the USA - definitely a plus of this subscription!

Verdict: We paid $17 for this box (6 month subscription) and received about $40 worth of items. I thought this box was a good mix of treats and toys, and we found a few brands that were new to us!

What did your pup get in their BarkBox this month?

I also get the small box as my dog is 14 lbs and we did not get any of the items you did. Unfortunately Lily did not like a single thing from out box. I am hoping April is better for us.

…Hunh. I wonder if they ran out or something? I also get the small box and the only thing we got in common were the Barkworthies bullies…

I have a greyhound so I get the big dog box. He got the same Hare of the Dog biscuits, but everything else was different: a stuffed squeaky hen toy, a plastic ring chew toy, and another box of natural biscuits (which I can’t remember the name of right now). I only signed up for 3 boxes and this is my 2nd, but my dog loves everything so much, I might have to just bite the bullet and subscribe!

I’ve only been on the subscription box train since January, but BarkBox is one of my favorite so far. The value is there when I price my items on Amazon, which is where I would be buying things otherwise, and I get things that I love to give my dogs but would probably not buy at full price. I am pretty sure this is one I will renew!
